We found this place when picking up my son from csumb. I got their Loco Moco and it is fabulous! A must try if youre in town!! You can add spam if you want but comes w beef patty, egg, gravy, onion & rice. Seasoned so well! Thank you!!

Lived in Marina for many years decided to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices are expensive for the very tiny portions you get. I even paid extra for extra cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich and all I got was thin little pieces of cheese that didn’t cover the bread. I ended up spending $140 for myself and my family to eat. (4 ppl). No one liked their food. Their drinks were horrible. The waitress didn’t know any of our questions she constantly had to go and ask another person before letting us know the answer. Then one of us was served the wrong food. We will never do there again.

Got there at 7:40 pm, two tables were occupied, there was nobody at the counter so I waited for a few minutes for the waitress to show up and when she did she told me they were getting ready to close, the sign on the door says they close at 8:30, the neon “open” sign was flashing outside. I even took a picture of the hours. Obviously didn’t get to taste the food but definitely won’t be coming back.

I love this place they make you feel so comfortable and the food is always great! They have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch options with service with a smile! There’s plenty of seating and parking it’s way better then the chain restaurants any day! Local restaurants are great!! Thank you Marina Village Restaurant

There was no one there and the waitress seemed to be annoyed I brought my 3 kids with me. The food is outrageously overpriced and service was horrible. No military discount is available. Don’t disappoint yourself by going to this place.

Pretty much avoid anything that isn’t on the breakfast menu. We got sandwiches and they were the most expensive tiny lunchroom sandwiches we’ve ever had. Disappointed but should’ve gotten the hint as it was more of a breakfast spot.
Eta: if they included a side salad or fruit cup and dessert, it might make spending 15 on such poor food better. But if they see this, please adjust your prices or don’t serve these sandwiches.

Good food and a large menu of available food. Very friendly and efficient servers. A small town cafe atmosphere where locals often hang out for coffee and/or enjoy a meal break. Always a few visiting friends, family or tourists there and are made to feel very welcome.
The everyday breakfast special is a great bargain. We had the patty melt and BLT sandwiches today and they were great.
