I always like to point out the positive in every situation first. Mica made our experience a great one. The pizzas, wings and her service were amazing. She turned an awkward situation into a great experience. My son wanted me to let you know that you deserve 5 stars
Now to the second part of my review. Sometimes restaurant owners may ask themselves what can I do to better the service at my location.
I will give you a suggestion … training employees for guest services and following up on the training making sure guest like me don’t to get a bad impression. Your cashier needs to better her skills on this matter. The place itself can you use a better clean up. But that just the food services director, and serve safe trainer in me talking. Thankfully Mica was there to save the day.
This pizzeria has the potential to become a 5 star location. I hope the owner reads this post.

I have NEVER ever left a bad review before, but the pizza was so bad that I have to. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and asked them to add mushrooms to it. I waited 10 minutes for the pizza to be done and went right home to eat it. It looked like it had been sitting out all day, it wasn’t even warmed up and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The mushrooms were straight out of a can and just tossed all over the top – what the heck??? How can a restaurant even get away with selling food like this and stay in business?

I wasn’t going to leave a review but keep getting hounded.
I placed a delivery order for a very overpriced pizza well before closing time. The tracking showed it as delivered, but when I woke up about 40 minutes after the expected time, there was no pizza anywhere.
When I called the restaurant, I was told that my food was ready but they had no one available to deliver it. I asked why the system allowed me to place a delivery order—and even marked it as delivered—and the only solutions offered were to come pick it up (which I couldn’t do) or reorder the same pizza through Uber for another $40. That’s unreasonable.
After some back and forth, I was told to call in the morning because they might be able to remake the order. The staff member was not helpful at all.
Thankfully, Slice customer support was great and immediately stopped the payment. It was disappointing not to eat that night, but better than paying $40 for food I never received. I’ve never had a pizza worth that much anyway.
Overall, very poor customer service. Money is money, and this place needs to do better.

Good food at a good price. The menu has quite a selection from subs and pasts to pizza as well as other hot dishes. Tucked into a strip mall area, this may not be the first place you’d look for good food due to the run-down nature of the surroundings, but it has good portions at a good price. Plenty of lunch and dinner specials are available as well. If you were staying at one of the nearby hotels or just passing through you might want to drop in for a slice for lunch.

This place is under new ownership and run by the owners which I appreciate. We got pizzas and chicken Alfredo. Both were very good. We will definitely go back for more.

Overpriced, no flavor and employees need training.
Verrryyy disappointing, first off I was craving some garlic rolls/ knots, then I saw they had a meatball sub which I have been craving for weeks. I said let me just give it a try it’s right here next to dollar tree and I’m pregnant and starving.
Yuck! Garlic knots were so plain no garlic and cheese in the middle ??? Like mozzarella cheese in the middle? What the heck is that?
Then I bite into the meatball sandwich, nooooo flavor just tastes like biting into a ball of meat.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Not to mention the cashier doesn’t wash her hands in between transactions and making food. So I noticed after wasting 25 min for my food and again I’m pregnant so I was about to dam near pass out so I had no choice but to eat it.
Wasssstee of $22, I really wish I never left the area I would have asked for a refund.
Flanagans makes better garlic rolls then this place. Please change the recipes!! Add flavor and make real garlic knots or call it cheese bread.

Do not order from them on Door Dash. Always try to order from small businesses, received one ice cream from McDonalds. I Called Marina Mile and they did not give a crap. People wonder why small businesses close. She could have let me talk to the manager.
