We visit Marie’s lounge often, and they are always a hit for us.
The ambience is very beautiful and stylish.
Their Crown Royal Peach wings, buffalo chicken dip and lamb chop lollipops are our go to tapas. Their mimosa flights, Cereal and milk martini, and lemon drops are my favorite. The Dj always play great R&B and southern soul. One day, they had a saxophone player. The staff is always kind and attentive. I recommend visiting Marie’s to everyone in the area for a nice date night or mature birthday dinner

It’s a really good vibe. Good service, good drinks and Pretty good food as well.
The reason I took a star away is because the lemon drop flight cost 25 for 4 lemon drops. Whereas a lemon drop alone cost 4 dollars or 5 with flavoring added plus the glasses were bigger than the flight glasses. Yall do the math lol. But other than that, I will definitely give them another try.

Three strikes and you are out. I really wanted to like this place but after 3 visits I will not be back and would not recommend. First time was an awkward experience but I really enjoyed the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. I work really close by so I thought I pass by and get an order on my break. Upon entrance I’m carded. I told the lady I’m not getting a drink just ordering food she said I still had to show ID. I’ve never been IDed at a restaurant. I look nothing remotely close to 20 nothing. I just took my business somewhere else. Today trying again to get these egg rolls. Figured I’ll get a drink while I wait. NO BARTENDER in sight. There’s 4 of us at the bar just waiting. I’ve never been to a bar and no bartender. At least 10mins just waiting. At this point I didn’t even want the egg roll anymore, I wish I did just leave, we’ll come back to the eggrolls. One of the ladies come to me and ask me if everything is OK. I ask where is the bartender, she trys justifying…it’s been really busy, she’s in the restroom…blah blah blah. Your bar should never be unmanned. Communication is everything, someone should have been there to replace her. Employees walking back and forth but the bar is unmanned. I have never seen this ANYWHERE!!! Now the egg rolls, definitely not the ones I had the first time. This was SALTY, soggy and greasy. The ground beef is like Walmart quality. I paid $13 for crap. I couldn’t even eat but a few bites and had to dump it. Worst heartburn I’ve had in a while. Worst part, while I was there I voiced my upset to 3 employees only got gaslighted and excuses zero solution to make me a happy customer who may have given them a chance.

Our L.O.V. Wine conoseur ladies group attended the Brunch at Marie’s on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025. For most, it was their very first time visiting the restaurant, but I have eaten there on maybe 3 occasions and the first two was very pleasant experiences. I often will give a review, after visiting places, so my review of Marie’s on this occasion is that, upon entering the building for our group to be seated, some we’re told that we needed a reservation, but not an hour before arriving I made it a point to call and inquire about whether we had to have a reservation in place and was told that we didn’t and that my party of 9 would be seated, as long as we were there as close to the same arrival time, as possible. That was the first thing that threw us out of sync with having a great experience at the brunch. The next, was having to be escorted to the front of the reception area for all of us mature women to be carded, even though we weren’t getting any alcoholic drinks. Then, upon reading the menu, we see a list of rules, notices, and such as, we’d have a total of 120 minutes to order drinks, food, etc., (took some time, no fault of ours), after ordering our food, we had an expected wait time, but as a note, we suggest that you all have eating utensils put on the tables or brought out with the food, so that the customers aren’t waiting for eating utensils to be brought back after a couple of requests are made, all the while the foods getting cooled!! Our hostess seemed to be a new employee, even though she said that she had been an employee there for over a year, so if the employees could gain more knowledge of the establishments charging policies and things would be better for everyone. The ombionce and the atmosphere was very pleasant, the food was delicious, but there are just a few in house things that your business is doing that needs to be undone, in our opinion! Continue on your journey to being Great!!

This was our first time visiting and if there was an option to rate the atmosphere a 10, then a 10+ is what it would get-cozy, romantic and elegant. Victoria our waitress was very attentive to our needs and our wait to be seated and served were very short. I wish I didn’t have a complaint, but unfortunately we ordered the catfish and both it and the fries were extremely salty.
I read the reviews about the gratuity in advance so we were prepared for that and actually had the serving been greater ( only one PC of med size catfish and 8-10 fries) we wouldn’t have mind.
Overall great experience…just overpriced for the serving size.

Awesome atmosphere. Live DJ is good. The swing and backdrop for photos was fun. Food way overpriced and not good enough for price charged. Everything is spicy. I wasn’t able to eat the majority of it. Drinks expensive and small as well. Outside seating area is very nice.

The food was mediocre, but the drinks were genuinely bad. When we mentioned the issue, the owner acknowledged there might be a problem but was rude and completely unwilling to fix it or offer any accommodation. The lack of customer service made the experience worse than the food itself.

I’ve been here twice and had the same server. When you have her attention she is very personable, but the problem is getting her attention. I got there very late and was seated right away by the hostess. She was nice. I waited a little before my server came. She offered water and a menu, which I appreciated. However, she didn’t come back for 45 minutes. Thank goodness she gave me water to sip. I literally had to get someone to bring her to me. I wanted appetizers and a drink. She says What do you want because the kitchen is about to close. Welll it wasn’t about to close when I arrived an hour ago! Someone else brought me my food because why? She was inattentive. I had to ask another customer to get her attention so I could pay my bill and get out of there. I won’t be back. Sorry.

Now this is for the mature and relaxed crowd. When I tell you I never go out because I haven’t found anything to fit my personality. Well, Marie’s Lounge has changed that for me. It’s a trendy swanky establishment that’s filled with a lot of photo opportunities. The food has a fusion flair. The drinks were divine, and the vibe was chill. The decor was captivating. The bathroom was neat and clean with a ringlight built in the mirror ( please come check it out for yourself) . The wait staff was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. Now you have to bring your $$ it’s pricy but worth every penny. The biggest downfall is the parking, but I felt safe walking to and from the establishment . So if you want to chill after a long day at work, please check Marie’s Lounge in Macon Ga. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice grown and sexy lounge. You’re greeted and welcomed upon arrival. The ambiance is really nice. Beautiful furniture, clean bathrooms, colors go together nicely. I sat at the bar since I was came solo. The bartenders worked together to serve. I had a few tasty drinks off the cocktail menu. Food was also delicious. There are a lot of seafood options for you seafood lovers. I had fish tacos, lamb lollipops (which were cooked perfectly) and the charcuterie board. Stayed longer than I planned to because of the great service and me wanting to try different drink options. Great after work spot to catch or drink or evening to meet with your friends and even a date night. The patio area looked nice as well. I’m not sure where people park if the lot gets full. I was able to get a spot when I went but there were two spots left so you may can park at a nearby lot or just Uber/Lyft there
