This is the 3rs time I’ve been here in years and I was very pleased. The food was outstanding… now i didnt get photos of the day i am writing about but we ordered very similar items.
– On this day first thing we were given a very small piece of cornbread to share ….now I only come there for the cornbread!!! So I told our our waiter that we’d need alot more please! Also in these photos you can see the chips alittle dark… so I asked that this waiter to please make sure
The chips be cooked but please not dark and burnt. They came out perfect we ended up ordering more. Everything was amazing…the service was great and even his helpers helped us with a smile…#1. Smile or we do come back. They were pleasant

Good meals tailored toward the “home” cooking style. The pies are always good but on the pricey side if not on special. Good atmosphere and servers were good. We’ve eaten at the restaurant chain since the 1990’s and it appears that fervor for the chain is lacking comparatively. It was a special occasion and meet our needs nicely. Usually I would give a 5 star rating, but on this day I ordered a spicy chicken dinner. It wasn’t spicy. It was cold and the chicken was over cooked and dry. The vegetables were too raw for my taste. My friend got the wrong salad. They brought her the correct one. Instead the one that she didn’t want. The service was great, as usual, but something was going on in the kitchen that day. Then I had 2 pies to go. Lemon cream and rhubarb. The one was lemon cream, but the other was apple, not rhubarb, my favorite. I didn’t want to go back, so I’m eating the apple pie. It is good, of course, but I had my heart set on rhubarb…

I absolutely love coming here. The food is always hot and delicious and I always leave with leftovers from my meal so the portions are pretty decent. I frequent here at least once a week, sometimes twice if I’m taking my son for breakfast or lunch on a Saturday. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast bread and cornbread. Always a great experience coming here.

My family and I come here once a week. The spinach artichoke dip is the best. Sandy, our waitress always takes care of us. Excellent service. You cant go wrong with there daily happy hour specials. Love there pies, it a must take one for the road. The place is always clean, as well as the restrooms.
