I had the cheese omelette with hash browns on the side, the omelette was very cheesy. I had coffee with creamer, it was just okay. My husband had the biscuits and gravy with eggs, the gravy has a sweet taste to it. We didn’t have to wait to be seated and our food was brought out probably within 5 minutes. All the staff members were nice.

Just a wonderful, wholesome place to come and eat breakfast or lunch. I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was chef’s kiss delicious. The staff is quick and attentive with a smile. Truly a Forest Grove hidden jewel that everyone should come and enjoy.

The chicken fried steak was thick, and maintained its crunchy/crispy exterior throughout breakfast. The gravy wasn’t the traditional sausage variety, but it was tasty nonetheless.
The biscuits and gravy with bacon was equally tasty, though I think sausage gravy would have been a better pairing.

This is my second time here. I really like their Cottage Potatoes, they’re simple and very soft. I got a veggie omelette with Swiss cheese. It was delicious, they sautéed the veggies before putting them into the omelette and all was seasoned perfectly. The service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be back.

This place is crowded for all American breakfast indeed. We ordered a Tuna melt sandwich which comes with potato salad and the fried chicken steak with 2 eggs which both came quick and delicious for typically American breakfast. Given the portion of the food, it is well priced and the service is excellent and friendly. The atmosphere might be a bit old but ok for typically dining. We need a breakfast in Forest Grove, try this place.
