The most amazing food truck EVER! Hubs and I stopped in while passing through and we cannot say enough about how delicious this was. I had a burrito with shredded chicken and it was HUGE and packed with meat. Hubs had 3 other items off the menu that included steak and chorizo. Nothing we ordered disappointed. It was ALL on point. They served everything with caramelized onions and lime wedges. I’m literally salivating while writing this message. If you don’t stop there, you’re missing out!

Definitely the best food truck at The Falls. I always feel very white when I order their “gringas”, but they are awesome. Kind of a crunchy cross between street tacos and a quesadilla in the best possible way, with fillings sandwiched between two corn torillas that they cook until crispy on their grill. I usually get one or two of the asada gringas, while my wife almost always gets their actual chicken quesadilla which is also yummy. Their service is fast and friendly, too.

The food here was excellent. My partner and I stopped by on our way out of Klamath Falls after visiting Crater Lake, and we were pleasantly surprised by how authentic and delicious everything was. My favorite was the taketo with chorizo. This place is a must-visit, and the customer service is outstanding.
