This is a delightful restaurant. The food buffet and soup is delicious.

I ordered the lengua tacos, and I love them. The flavor is authentic Mexican style.

The restaurant has many hard to find specials such as chicken mole, chili relleno, and much more!!

They also feature Tex-Mex style entrees and tacos.

The Caldo de Res (beef soup) is phenomenal.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the food and service and will be back. The place is worth a drive, so if you’re looking for a great meal but live 10-20 miles away— they are great.

My family and I ate the buffet. The food choices did not have any favor. Rice and fideo was bad. The enchiladas look good but again favor was not there. Burrito meat needs improvement. No homemade flour tortillas they were cold. Sorry to leave a bad review but just giving my honest opinion.

I’m disappointed. I’ve been to Maria’s in the past, but I wasn’t satisfied with my visit today. First of all, I called my order in and I was told it would be 25 minutes. Took 37, which I really didn’t have a problem with. In the past Maria’s would give you chips and salsa with your order. I didn’t get any. I asked about it and was told they don’t do that. No explanation. I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants around the Tri-Cities, other towns, and states. They always give salsa and chips. The charged me the same price as they do. I asked for a small side of Queso cheese dip. I would have even paid for it. The answer was NO. They wanted me to buy the large. Didn’t need that much…went home and ate my dinner. The food was good. No problem. I guess everybody has a bad day, sometimes.

Huevos con chorizo y papas is my go to breakfast. The tostadas with refried beans are also very good. Exceptional service!

Some of the food my friends had from the buffet was cold, and my fries from the menu were bland, but my BLT was good. Beyond food quality, the service was mediocre. The server kept mixing up orders and never gave my partner his salsa with his chips and salsa, which he paid for! She was also a little rude and put up a fuss when one of my friends asked for the menu. There’s definitely better restaurants around.

If you’re there around breakfast time try the Chorizo and egg tacos. They are absolutely fantastic!!!

It is close to my apartment. The food & service is always excellent. I usually get the all u can eat buffet. My favorite dish are their enchiladas & menudo. If you ever visit Saginaw, you must stop and eat at Maria’s.

We made the mistake of choosing the buffet shortly before it ended so the food was subpar – apparently had been there for a while. So because of that it wasn’t really worth the price. Waitress was really pleasant though.
