Waited for a week to eat here and I must say I was NOT impressed at all…. Server James was very slow, had to ask for silverware, had to ask for drink refills, had to ask for salsa refill….queso has a weird texture, it wasn’t creamy at all. Chicken fajitas were ok, nothing to rave about other than I did like the seasoning on top ….. atmosphere got a 1 star due to people next to us letting their 2 kids use the booth seat as a drum set and jumping up and down on a raised floor area making all kinds of wracket that drew attention of several tables as parents sat there and just said softly… “ don’t do that” as they continued…… won’t be back , definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Absolutely did not disappoint for my 37th Birthday dinner with my girls!! Taylor was absolutely delightful. She helped us navigate the menu and figure out which dish was the best for our taste. She made me feel super special and was very attentive to our table. We will be back many many more times. This place is a total vibe, girls night, date night or just a lovely dinner with the family!! Must try!!

Maria’s was amazing. I went here with my husband for my birthday dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and I got a mocktail that honestly tasted so much like the real deal. It was just a little loud in there but that just means everyone is enjoying themselves. Overall, it was amazing service and delicious food!

Maria’s Kitchen is Amazing! The atmosphere is authentic, drinks are high quality and the food is delicious! But more than that is the customer service… it’s personalized for your dining experience. Mark Anthony stole the room as he served us… we felt as if we were the only guests in the restaurant. He was thorough, listened intently, catered to our beverage and meal needs and most of all … he was patient. He served us with professionalism and continued to ensured that our dining experience was excellent. If you have not experienced Maria’s Kitchen, I recommend you make a reservation.

I was really disappointed with the service and by my server maybe because he had 2 Big tables and was more attentive to them then us 4 he forgot our drinks twice and when we ask for the check I believe a manager brought us the check instead of him. the spaces is really compact everytime someone was leaving or when to the restroom we have to move a bit our chairs so they can pass by us. My wife and I probably be back but I will make sure I ask for a different server.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant! Best queso EVER! The fajitas were so tender and full of flavor. The drinks were truly crafted and not filled with mixes or fake flavors. With all that being said, the service that we received was top tier and stole the show! A few servers took care of us and I loved every single one of them. So kind and patient with our questions since it was our first time dining with them.

Macy, the manager, came and chatted for a bit and she was remarkable too! This company is doing something right with their people.

My love and I had the best experience that completely made our week. We can’t wait to Che k out the brunch. See you soon Maria’s!

This was the BEST experience! The food was delicious but even better than the food was the WONDERFUL service. Our waitress was Wendy was absolutely a JOY! She was patient with our children and us. She loved on us and make sure that we are completely taken care of! Wendy treated us with respect and her customer service skills were phenomenal! I highly recommend this place but Wendy thank you for providing a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL experience!

Maria’s is on another level! We had such a fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to find a table without a reservation, and from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone was attentive and kind, and our server, Jackson, was outstanding. He walked us through the menu, offered recommendations, and every single one turned out to be spot-on.

We started with the chicken soup, and we were not prepared for how special it would be. It came with tender chicken meatballs—something completely new for me—and they were absolutely delicious. The vegetables were cooked to perfection: not too soft, not too firm. Honestly, it was one of the best soups we’ve had in a long time.

Next came the mole, and that dish was like stepping into a time machine. The flavors carried me straight back home to Guanajuato. It’s served with two generous pieces of chicken, grilled first for extra depth, then smothered in a sweet, chocolatey mole sauce. In a brilliant modern touch, Maria’s pairs the dish with vegetables in escabeche—genius!

Now, I’m not usually a chips-and-salsa person, but I had to try theirs. To my surprise, they were excellent—nothing like the bland, canned salsa you find in most so-called “Mexican” restaurants. This was fresh, flavorful, and truly little spicy.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be about the music. Reggaetón doesn’t really reflect the heart of Mexico. I think the atmosphere would be even richer with traditional Mexican sounds—bohemian, trio, or old classics that carry the soul of the culture.

We’ve already decided to drive two hours next month to celebrate my birthday at Maria’s. That alone should answer the question: do I recommend this place—the food, the people, the whole experience? Absolutely.

5 star service!
The best bloody Maria.
Check out this queso.
The Elote on the cob was amazing enough to take a piece home. It’s just corn, right? No it’s delicious. Do not waste it! 😉 Highly recommend! We’ll be back.
