If I could I would have left zero Stars. I have been to this location about 6 months ago food was great. Today my family and I got to order to go every single tray was horrible. Combinations plates only came with rice no beans how can you get that wrong ? The tortillas smell like somebody’s dirty socks. Definitely not handmade as advertised.The ground beef taco that I got the beef smelled like dirty sink water. The mole…. it was very bland and again smelled like dirty sink water. No joke. My profession is in the customer service field and support restaurants as well. This experience was a failure on so many levels. After calling restaurant back they said they would refund for one plate LOL. Not driving 35 minutes and get upset. They could keep the money they need it. I pray this location has a better year tomorrow. As this was my family’s New Year’s Eve meal indoors to tell you how bad this meal was I tried to give it to my dog and my dog wouldn’t finish it. Poor puppy I hope he doesn’t get sick.

Visited for lunch at about 1pm. Wasn’t too busy, service was efficient, food came out quickly, Diet Dr. Pepper on tap was a plus, chips and salsa were terrific. I ordered the chicken chimichanga (add cheese and onions) with a side of Maria’s mole. It was solid, but the flavor profile was very surface level, not a ton of depth. I don’t want to use the word ‘bland’ cause that seems unnecessarily harsh, but it was definitely under-seasoned. Very vanilla Mexican food for the middle-aged, culinarily cautious diner who stopped eating garlic bread 20 years ago cause it was too hard on their digestive tract. An extra star for the side of mole, the dish’s secret savior.

One of the worst restaurants I have been to in a long time. All food was extremely bland. I ordered the mole smothered burrito and it was so dry in the middle and was mostly full of rice. The mole sauce was bland and thick so in combination with the super dry burrito you got just a mouth full of nasty paste. I had them take it back and just got a chicken quesadilla thinking there is no way they could get that wrong. The quesdilla came out siting in a puddle of water making it soggy and gross. Again it was extremely bland. Also it came with lettuce that was brown and old.

My husband & I love this place. We have made it our weekly dinners. We love to bring new people. Every single person I’ve brought here (myself & husband included) have nothing but GREAT things about the food. The atmosphere is perfect, not over the top, but beautifully decorated. Our server Monica went 100% above & beyond for even the most simple of tasks. She deserves a raise & recognition!!!! Thank you Monica <3 we will be back next week!

Miguel was an awesome server! From the moment we sat down he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. He checked on us at the perfect times without being pushy and made sure our drinks and food were always taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his job and really cares about the customer experience. The food was great, but Miguel’s service honestly made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him again!

I’ve been to Maria’s a few times and it never disappointed, but this last time of was just magnificent! I got a chimichanga with shrimp, and it was full of shrimp, unlike other places where you get two or three shrimp. The flavor was just perfect, I’m glad I came back! Delicious!

Ordered the michelada and quesabirra tacos, both were great, but the michelada was top-notch. My dad had a margarita and ground beef soft taco. He loved both. He was worried it only came with one taco, but it was the biggest soft taco we had ever seen! Our server Isabel was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!
