Usual the food is perfect and delicious, but tonight, idk what the hell the cook was thinking. I got 4 tacos (1 literally had no meat, it was just an empty tortilla in the box. My elote was charred with the ends burned to a crysp. My churros were all burned! IF SOMETHING IS BURNED, DON’T SERVE IT!! Simple as that. I really hope this doesn’t happen again, I actually really liked this place.

I really love this place; especially because I live so close. I order the same thing every time but it’s a hit or miss with the quality and quantity. Sometimes I’ll get good beef, other times there’s too much chewy fat and the amount of meat also varies. But regardless , I will continue to stop by and grab some food to go. The prices are great, by the way! Always tip the cook personally!

Al Pastor tacos maybe slightly over salted but VERY flavorful would definitely recommend. Better than Tiki Taco. Carne asada tacos were ok, nothing bad to say but nothing glowing positive either. Pollo tacos, see carne asada review. Guacamole was good, I’m personally not a fan of chunky guacamole with onion and tomatoes but if you’re, you’ll like this one. Tortillas were hand made, same as the tortilla chips. Overall I came away happy. If nothing else I know where to get pastor tacos.

The meal I had was wonderful better than I remember for sure I ordered a chicken taco with soft corn tortilla shell and a chicken tamale the food came out so fast it was delicious I practically licked the plate I had what sounded like it was called banana and although maybe faintly tasting tropical it was a new flavor blend for me very nice and refreshing I have also had the deep red one that is called Jamaica it’s very strong but also good. I will return to try the buffet she said it’s different everyday and today it had spaghetti rice, beans, and I’m not sure what else it looked so good I’m told it costs about 15 a plate to take out or 15 all you can eat in they start putting food out around 11 I was told and I can’t wait to try it all!

As a person who experienced when this spot first opened to now due to me living in the neighborhood,I can say the love is gone. I miss the festiveness of the store and the care you could taste in the food ..it has lost passion and the store is no longer a store. The staff is still awesome but I long for how it use to be.

My wife and I order the same dishes at every spot. Order was basic, grilled chicken burrito with NO sauces, seasonings, or toppings like veggies with cheese dip drizzle on top.
Instead we got the “house chicken” which was stewed/marinated with loads of unmelted gross string cheese. We even tried to put it in the microwave to melt it! It didn’t budge. Took the food back to discuss with Owner and he basically drove over to tell me to get lost.
