Gaming lounge should be open until 1, until the machines shut off. However one bartender on Sundays calls last call at 11 and tells us we need to go. Didn’t catch a name but heard her say she lives in Rockford! Well we usually stay until the machines shut off so when we need to leave early it’s impossible to find some place else open. 1am means 1am. If your closing at 11 than change your hours.

The lounge is fine the food is fabulous unfortunately it took an hour and a half for a food to come and there were three couples the food came three separate times after the poor bartender who was alone in a packed House of people had to text and find out where the rest of the food was three pasta dinners for one salad and a meatball sandwich took an hour and a half to get to us and each couple eight at three different times. I cannot believe they left a bartender alone to take care of the room plus the people packed around the bar..

We love the pizza. But ever since the rebuild takes forever to get our pizzas. We don’t live there but help relatives often who do. Tell us 30 minutes for pick up has been 50 to 60 minutes. No explanation or apology when I ask. Why am I told 30 minutes

Had a great time here with my family. We played on the slots, had drinks and played pool. Nice place to mingle with friends and family. Good customer service. Drinks are great and on point

It was 11:30 and the place was barely busy, the lady in the front told us they weren’t letting anymore people in despite advertising it was open lazy. Lady was very rude.

Only had 2 bartender’s but have 2 separate bars. Was very busy for only having 2 bartender’s. For as many people they had drinks were probably a 15-20 minute wait.
