Delicious though I only had the shredded beef taco and the frybread/sopapilla. I was a bit skeptical about the taco, as I’m from Chicago and this crispy taco isn’t what I’m used to. The beef was tasty and enjoyed the light crisp of the tortilla. Wish I ordered more!
I love frybread! Tried their sopapilla and it was delicious . Light but more crispy than others but so good.
Service was great, staff super nice and didn’t wait long at all for my small meal. Will definitely come here again next time I’m in town!

I had the taste for a native Fry bread taco. I arrived on a Sunday at 315pm they closed at 4pm. My food was ready within minutes…it was a large portion and I am still full 6 hours later. The food was plentiful and delicious! Customer service was the best! In the short time I was there, they checked on me twice to see if everything was okay. Another great place for a vegetarian to eat.

Super friendly. Quick. And bomb fry bread served with all the fixings. The horchata WAS AMAZING. I highly recommend. Loaded fry bread did half and half for $12

BEST breakfast burrito. We also got the frybread and it was delicious. The portions were really big and you’ll definitely leave feeling satisfied (and maybe a nap after). The girls working were very nice and hospitable.

I’ve been to the Phoenix area twice in the last year, and I’m so glad that I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. I wanted to try authentic frybread and horchata, and Maria’s did not disappoint. The flavors are fresh and delicious. The service is also great. Don’t miss this tiny gem on your next visit to the Phoenix area. It’s only 15 minutes from the PHX airport.

The first thing that impressed us when we walked in was how clean everything was. You order at a counter and they bring your food to you. The service was super friendly and helpful. I tried the beef chimi and my husband had a fry bread taco, and we shared a beef tamale. The tamale, was a little dry but still very good, and the other two dishes were fresh and flavorful. We got a plain frybread for desert and it was served with a squeeze bottle of honey and a shaker of cinnamon sugar. It was delicious! The prices were reasonable and we are looking forward to going back again.

First time visiting Phoenix from Alberta Canada, friends took me here and said it was a great experience and food. They were not wrong! The Open Fried Bread was amazing, flavours so good and the hospitality is great. I will make sure I come here again then I come back to Phoenix.

I’m a Native American and love this place. Portion sizes go crazy! In a good way of course. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the restaurant itself is cute and cozy. I’m not sure what these other people are on in these comments or what kind of golden frybread they’ve had (make your own if you’re so judgmental and picky) but truly, it’s a good place to stop for some warm smiles and genuine food from good spirited people. Support your small local businesses, no need to tear others down.

Such a wonderful local spot for lunch. The people are always so nice and the food is amazing. The open-faced green Chile beef fry bread taco is my favorite.
