Super nice owner!! We ran in half an hour before closing. They turned up the heat for us because it was cold outside, so that was really sweet of her.
All three dishes were fantastic. Super fresh and the pasta was AMAZING. The pasta was so good and you can tell the homemade-ness of it. There is NOTHING I love more than homemade pasta, and if they were nearby we’d be fast regulars.
The tiramisu was SO CREAMY and so delicious. Not overly dunked or goopy. It was a not sharing dessert it was too good. The seasonal apple cheesecake was also perfect. The apples were so yummy and my picky daughter loved it!! (Didn’t get pictures because we ate it too fast)

The Gnocchi soup was fresh and tasty. The scampi was flavorful and balanced. Fried ravioli, chicken piadina, pasta with spinach & ricotta…all fantastic. Tiramisu like heaven.
The owner was very accommodating. They have a small dining area to the side, a walk up window, and outdoor seating.

The portions were very big for the price and everything tasted delicious! There was so many raviolis, way more than expected! We got takeout and the worker even brought the food to the car because it wasn’t done when we went to the window.

Our family stopped at Maria’s Fresh Pasta for the first time! Wow!!! What an incredible experience. Service was friendly and fast. And the pasta… some of the best Italian food we have ever experienced. Everything is fresh and made with the best ingredients. The meatballs were light and moist and packed with flavor. We all shared our meals and couldnt decide what we liked best. If you are in the DuBois area, you have to make Maria’s a priority stop!!!

Decent food in a cafeteria style restaurant with fast friendly service. The puttanesca was very good but the Bolognese not so much. It was good but more like a Pennsylvania Dutch style bolognese. The fresh made noodles are a nice touch. Meatballs were good.

What a treasure. Fresh, homemade, delicious Italian (and Mediterranean) fare served in to go containers (takeout or dine in). As the name suggests, Maria makes her own pasta, and tops it with delicious traditional sauces. The salads are also really tasty. We travel this route from DC to upstate NY every summer, and Maria’s will now be a standard stop.

My wife and I were staying up the hill at a local hotel while passing through and decided to go for a walk with our infant daughter. Living in New Jersey, we typically don’t eat Italian on the road but so glad we stopped in. Everything was fresh, made in house and the owner and staff couldn’t have been nicer. I actually went the pierogi route which was a delicious fusion dish. Saved this spot on my maps app so I remember to stop again next time I pass through on 80.

Wow. Best pasta I’ve had in a while. Beside my pasta being mostly stuck together in a large clump it had great flavor. Such a simple menu executed very well. The place is somewhat tucked away. It has a drive through or you can sit outside and enjoy. Its very light and doesn’t leave you over stuffed. Packaged nicely to go aswell. Very unique place with great pastas

I have a house close by and saw this business as I was heading home for the evening. I was a little skeptical about the “Fresh Pasta” in the business name but thought I’d give it a try. OMG – the best fresh pasta I’ve ever had in a long time! I’ve had fresh pasta in many great restaurants around the world and my meal tonight was hands down incredible! Cacio e Pepe and a side of meatballs was out of this world. I’ll be back
