Our first visit to Mariano’s in Pepperell tonight. We were greeted by the hostess and shortly after seating ourselves our waitress arrived to take our order. We started with a dirty martini and an old fashioned. Both were perfect! We ordered a roasted beet salad to split, again, perfect. The dressing was a delicious honey Dijon that added a wonderful zip to the salad. My husband had the Bolognese and I had the Salmon with quinoa, baby spinach, brussel sprouts, tomatoes and a delicious balsamic glaze. We both had a glass of wine with dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. We’re so happy with our experience! We will definitely come back to this hidden gem for more!

So after 12 hours shift working in the ER I ordered dinner from them and I got home I opened the box and the sandwich is burnt!! I ordered pick up and I also tipped them. This is so burnt and we ended up trashing the food.

Really enjoyed my dinner. My friend suggested coming here and I’m glad we did! I got a pizza: half cheeseburger, half sweet heat and it was delicious! Both were delicious but the sweet heat pizza was my favorite… unique and definitely something I will come back for again!

We were planning to dine in another town a few miles away but our day was not going as planned so we stopped to check this place out. We knew of it from our previous excellent experiences at their BBQ location in Brookline, NH, The Alamo. We did not realize walking in that though the doors were unlocked, we had arrived 45 minutes prior to their opening time. Nevertheless, three staff members were prepared to serve us. We were invited to select a table and we were served promptly. The strawberry and feta salad off the spring specials menu was phenomenal. It was ‘Burger Day’, so we went with the hot and spicy burger that comes with bacon, pineapple, hot peppers and other good stuff. Also phenomenal. I don’t typically write long, gushing restaurant reviews but this place was awesome — great food and staff that cared. Bonus, it’s a quarter mile from the Nashua River Rail Trail.

Delicious food & drinks. The kids had pepperoni pizza and liked it, which is very important when we decide where we are eating out. The have indoor or outdoor seating. Outdoor was a calm atmosphere, inside is more busy and closer seating. Panini sandwich and sangria was amazing. Garlic cheesy bread was AMAZING. Service was friendly. 5 stars.

I love this place and the food is really good however, I got the chicken marsala and for $26 it was so bland and so was the chicken. It kind of tastes like beef broth with linguine. They definately need to season it more or maybe cut down on price because this is the most ive ever spent on marsala and probably the worst ive had.

We have been biking to Pepperell for a while now and just eating snacks on the way. We decided to try something new so we found Mariano’s. The service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses were super super nice and cheerful and were really helpful too!

Lots of delicious choices on the menu. Consistently great entrees. Love the oven fired pizza. Complimentary bread and dipping oil is a treat. Great beverages. So many good things to say. Favorite local Italian restaurant.
