I am never one to complain or even leave a review, but the quality of this restaurant was by far the lowest I’ve ever experienced. Mexican food is my favorite and I’m rarely disappointed at a Mexican restaurant. I do not exaggerate when I say the salsa tasted like ketchup, the queso not only tasted weird, but also had weird smell. My partner ordered a burrito with beef, and not only did the meat taste off, but had random, hot/cold spots. I ordered chicken enchiladas, what was extra weird was the plate extremely hot to the touch, but when I took my first bite, the food was cold, I double checked the chicken and it was not fully cooked and still had pink spots. Being 8 months pregnant and biting into undercooked chicken really had my anxiety spiked. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, but the worst of it was when we kindly brought it to their attention that our food was not fully cooked, we were given attitude and told they had no reason to fix it and that the food was fine… I’m sorry, but pink undercooked chicken is NOT fine.

We ordered the fish tacos. Each taco had a generous portion of fish fillet and the seasoning was very good. Our service was really great. I loved the decor. Poinsettias everywhere for the holiday season. I will go back.

Really good Mexican food, staff is super attentive. The white queso was super delicious along with the spicy salsa. Lunch portions were perfect for us and reasonably priced.

I ordered fries and grilled cheese for my 3 year old. I noticed my son wasn’t wanting to eat his fries, (AND HE LOVES FRIES) so I checked them and they were still half frozen/soggy and filled with grease. I was pretty upset, so I asked for them to make another plate the lady that apparently has been there for 16 years argued with me about it and would not remake it. So when it was time for the bill I told her I did not feel comfortable paying for food that my ***3 year old*** wasn’t even able to eat. She then threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t pay for the frozen/soggy filled grease fries. If you decide to eat here, I would encourage you to check the food before giving it to your kids. I know I will never be eating here again.

The service is very professional, The food is high quality, the staff is very pleasant. The wait time for food is that of high quality. I recommend anyone coming to Fayetteville arkansas NWA mall should stop in.

Service was ok. Communication was a bit of a challenge, but after repeats and head nods, we got our food ordered. Fajitas for two, tasted really good, however, there was only one thin slice of green bell pepper and one thin slice of red bell pepper amongst a mountain of onions. Shrimp cocktail was on the ok side, but wouldn’t be something to be ordered again. Salsa, one was blazing hot and the other tasted like ketchup. After mixing some of the hot into the ketchup one, tasted pretty decent. Cheese dip was good and chips were crisp. Fresh homemade tortillas was a good surprise. The $89 price tag did not reflect quality food and is a major deterrent to visit the restaurant in the future.

Very friendly staff. Overall good atmosphere for a meal. This is located inside the mall which probably contributes a lot to their overhead but I found the food was mid-grade Tex Mex priced at about 40% higher than I think one should expect to pay for this food. If that is not an obstacle, it is a nice place to have a meal. For example, I had a burrito with cheese sauce and a small salad and it cost me ~$20 + tip

I have been to Mariachis multiple times. The food is always been fantastic. The service is great. The atmosphere sometimes can be loud and it was this time. Other times it’s been really quiet. So I don’t know that there’s a definite pattern to this. My only complaint is the cost. They are a little more pricey than the other restaurants that I go to. I do like that there is an option between mild and hot salsa. And as I said before the food is good.

Mariachis is one of our favorite places to eat! The food is always great and comes out quick! The Mariachis Plate is our go-to and the mango margaritas are delicious whether you like it frozen or on the rocks, they put chamoy and tajin on the rim which makes it visually appealing as well as a nice flavor profile!☺️
