After trying several Mexican Restaurants over the years looking for a favorite. A friend took us to Mariachi La Quinta and we were so impressed. Our first go-no go test of any Mexican restaurant is whether they use real cheese on their nachos. We ordered a plate and were more than pleased with the quality and quantity of what was served. For $15, we shared an order, and that was almost too much. The atmosphere and the wait staff were great. We now have a local Mexican place to impress our friends with.

I’d been asking around for recommendations, and when this spot came up right down my alley, I knew I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent and the food did not disappoint. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Great place staff is friendly and attentive. We have been eating here since they opened. Always accommodating with food requests. Food is fresh and traditionally cooked. Our favorite are the trio fajitas with nopal. This is the only place we eat them. I will add photos later, every time I go I’m so eager to eat their food I forget to take a picture LOL

This review was a tad tricky… my fiancée absolutely loved her food, and I absolutely hated mine. I got aroz con pollo, which I literally get all over the country. It had was called a bisque sauce on it which was like tomato sauce. It would have been decent but it also had a ton of onions in the sauce. I’m from the midwest so I’m used to very spicy and seasoned Mexican food so this was quite a bit different. She ate and I ended up going somewhere else to get something.

Beautiful little Mexican restaurant in the mitts of La Quinta. They have a variety of different authentic plates. The food is delicious. They also have shared plates as well. The ambiance is beautiful.
