I recently visited this restaurant while on vacation in Mexico, and I was so impressed that I went back the next day! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. We were seated immediately upon arrival both times, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I believe this is a place where it’s not been rated well because of the appearance being little old and from outside doesn’t show as bright. however this place seems to be antique inside in nature also with decor. Now the food is impressive. I got Camarones Rancheros. Shrimp were large ones with many and got 4 flour tortillas with salad and avocado slices. This costs upwards of $18 for similar in good tourist places. i would recommend to try this place.

We decided to have lunch at Maria Bonita.
Our server Jesus was wonderful. He made excellent recommendations. My husband had the shrimp pasta with garlic cream sauce and I had the Bisteca Ranchero. YUMMY

A Great restaurant in a sea of mediocre restaurants. Family owned and run by a lovely couple who greet everyone at the door and are willing to help you choose from their menu if you are not sure what to order. Their English is very good and the food was great. I highly recommend you stop by and have a meal.

Stumbled upon this restaurant after the sad closure of Leo’s Cafeteria, & that first visit will not be the last. The owner, Jesus, & his wife are very friendly & attentive, & the food is among the best to be found in the touristed area of Nogales. Very conveniently located on Avenida Obregón, close to dentists, pharmacies, craft vendors, etc. A solid choice for anyone looking for delicious Mexican food while south of the border.
