Highly recommend Marhabah – food is delicious, price is very fair for the quality and portion size, and the owners are super nice people. Good variety of middle eastern Lebanese and similar foods; also they are now open late which is nice as the food scene in the area is pretty dead otherwise. Also the area is totally safe don’t let oaklands rep scare you.

I had the most heartwarming experience at this spot in Downtown Oakland! After a while, I finally got to reunite with my best friend, and we decided to meet here for breakfast. The buffet was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety to choose from. The coffee was strong and smooth—just what we needed to start our morning. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good breakfast and a place to catch up with someone special!

Randomly came upon this cafe this evening. I had the green goddess smoothie and it was absolutely delicious..It was packed full of fruits and veggies. They had so many options for fresh juices and smoothies. I didn’t get to try the food but i’ll definitely be back. Very friendly service and lovely people.

This place is located in a very inconvenient area however the wrap I ordered from here was very very good and probably one the best wraps I’ve had. I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap which came with a hefty amount of lamb. The other filling was lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and yogurt sauce. Alongside the wrap it comes with hummus and side salad. All the veggies were super fresh and crisp which surprised me! I say surprised because everything else is sitting out on warmers as if you were at Subway ordering a sandwich. Some items looked like they were sitting for awhile and I ordered my food/visitied relatively earlier in the day. That threw me off a bit and I wasn’t expecting much from the wrap but it shocked me. Very tasty and I absolutely would order it again!

First time in Oakland City Center (which is lovely) and I happened upon this cafe. Had a chicken shawarma wrap (served with greens and hummus) and a piece of baklava; the portions were generous and the food was delicious! Great start to my visit.

It’s OK. The food is not terrible. Just…OK for the price and quantity. Service was fine and quick. I will say, they do a bait and switch. The price on the menu in store that they provide IS NOT the price rung up at the register. That price is higher. Disappointing business practice. Also, I bought water from there at an insanely high price but that’s my fault – I could have walked a few steps over to the bagel shop and bought it for half the price.
