Whoops! Ate here back on 8/28/25 for my birthday with my family and girlfriend and realize I haven’t given a review…In short, it was exquisite.
In long, the five of us decided to try the entire menu–it’s all small plates–and it was anywhere from great to mind-blowing. Many veggie dishes that, as a staunch meat eater, were just as fantastic as the meat/fish dishes (grilled Palisade peaches & corn toast). The oysters and crispy quail were table-wide favorites as well. Service was wonderful and the chef came out himself which is always a great touch. Atmosphere was perfect. very contemporary and tranquil at the same time.
There was a heavy rainstorm during our dinner and the sound of it on the greenhouse-type roof was a great addition 😉

Margo recently earned a Michelin star for their dinner service, and their brunch deserves attention too. The decor is elegant and minimal, and the menu is compact but well crafted.
We ordered most of the menu and the oysters and croquettes were my favorites. Everything tasted fresh and carefully executed.
If you are searching for a new brunch spot with elevated dishes and a polished atmosphere, Margo should be on your list.

Big fan of Margot. Have been 4 times now, including once for brunch where I had the best shrimp and grits ever. The other 3 times were for ala carte menu dinners. Service has been 50/50. Once we got a guy on his first day (knew nothing about the menu) and the last time our server was extremely slow (came by 3 times before asking for our order, had a long pause between dinner and dessert, took 2 1/2 hours and it was clearly not the bar or kitchen being slow). Tuna crudo and gnocchi are standouts for dinner.

The meal was wonderful and chef Justin and staff are talented. Our server Kat was a delight.
We ordered 11 dishes off the menu and all were delightful.
Chef Justin is an absolute professional. When he dropped the gnocchi and lamb dishes off he explained the dish and gave the romance behind it.
Overall the food was incredible. Service was charming and delightful.

We visited the restaurant last Friday. The design and decor of the restaurant is hands down one of the most beautiful in Denver. We really enjoyed the steak tartare, Spanish croquettes and lamb meatballs. However, the quail was so salty we had a hard time eating it. Honestly we couldn’t believe that someone in the kitchen tried it and still decided to serve it. Even the chicory and cherries failed to reduce the excessive saltiness of the dish. Luckily we already had their delicious peach panna cotta on the way and ended dinner on a good note. We will definitely give them another shot.

The most exquisite plates I have put in my mouth. You can see the love, care, and thought that was put into every dish. Our server, Katherine, was extraordinary. She helped guide me through my questions on what to get based on flavor profiles and I love her for that. Margot deserves all the stars.

We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary with a tasting menu at Margot! The chef and staff were delightful, preparing our courses directly in front of our eyes. They shared their passion in preparation, sourcing from local farms and across the globe, and happily answered our questions. I loved how they let me be curious and draw out their experience setting up Margot and the history behind it — including the years spent operating as a popup before getting their new space.
Each item on the ten course menu was an adventure for the senses. Chef masterfully displayed his skill and experience carefully balancing flavors both subtle and deep, presented beautifully. Flavor, texture, nose and eyes were all overjoyed at each course. The duck was the best I’ve ever had, and the two fish courses were fantastic. But so was both bread courses, as was the asparagus courses.
Highly recommended for a special night out. Go before everyone else discovers Margot!

A++. Perhaps best place in denver. Top notch architecture and service. If you get tasting menu w wine parings there are a lot of odd wines. Just tell sommelier what you want and they will trade odd wine for what you want. Don’t be bashful. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an incredible meal at the Margot counter tonight. The tasting menu dishes were very thoughtful and creative; my party of 4 especially liked the tuna crudo, the Parisian gnocchi, the incredible brioche, and the fromage blanc(?) ice cream at the end. The counter setting was perfect: sleek and modern, lively but not loud. The staff were very friendly and interactive. The clientele and environment were trendy and not stuffy. There were a total of a dozen plates counting the desserts and I left feeling very satisfied, which isn’t the case with some of the other fine tasting menus in town.
