Came for lunch with a friend.
The food was okay. My friends burger was cooked well, and tasted fine. I got carnitas tacos, and they were a bit bland.
Service was great, our server was attentive and very welcoming.
We didn’t wait for a table at all, we were sat right away.
Large drink menu, if you’re looking for drinks, this is a great place to try many different fun fruity drinks.
If you’re at the Mall of America, this is a decent place to stop. Wouldn’t be my first choice, but it is a choice you can make.

I decided to check out this place for lunch on a Tuesday. It wasn’t very busy, but what really stood out was the service. My server, Mario, did a fantastic job and made the experience even better. On Tuesdays, they run a great special, buy an entrée and the kids’ meal is free. The food and alcoholic drinks are a bit on the higher-priced side, but the quality makes it worth it. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, this is definitely a great stop. I highly recommend the Paradise Burger.

The employees were nice and the restaurant is cool looking, those are the only positives I have.
To start we only ordered two appetizers and pop, and that took longer than it should have.
The restaurant wasn’t too busy when we got there. When I needed a refill, it took at least 20 minutes to get it. Which normally I’d just brush it off, but the nachos were the worst I’ve ever had in my life.
They came out burnt and/or soggy, and very mildly warm. I took a before and after picture to show how little the 4 of us ate.
We weren’t asked if we liked the food or offered any to go boxes.
We were very polite to the staff.
The waiter walked away fast after dropping off either our food, drinks or the bill.
Some of the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The 3rd picture I added shows the cheese on just one of the chips.
And to add to the disaster, it was $60 for 2 appetizers and 3 pops….
We were really hopeful that the food was going to be good, but it’s a hard pass to ever go there again after today.

Fun tropical escape in Mall of America — great for drinks, relaxing, and getting out of the cold. The atmosphere feels like a Florida beach vacation with a big bar, dining areas, a fire-pit lounge, and a small gift shop.
I ordered an Aperol Spritz, and they have a nice variety of island-inspired cocktails and American comfort foods. Service at the bar was friendly once they got to me, but it took awhile before anyone greeted me even though I was the only one seated — reason for 4 stars.
Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy a little “summer” indoors!

The foods here are very good and big. And the Will serves us very energetic and well. Only one problem is that the speed of serving the dishes is a bit slow.

I stopped in at Margaritaville at MOA with a large group of friends on a Saturday night. The place was busy, but we still received fast and pleasant service. The drinks came out quickly and the food was delicious! Our server, DJ, was super friendly and checked in often despite being very busy. It was a great experience overall.

Absolutely disappointed. Came in last week because of the big “$11.99 lunch” sign — only one item was that price, and it was a sad little salad that cost $12 more to add chicken. Tried to use the $5 off app promo, but they said it only applied to one table. Our group was 14 so we had separate bills. Seriously we all spent close to $100. Food wasn’t good. Misleading, overpriced, and not worth it.

They did try to resolve my issue. I’m very disappointed with them. No refund offered and no apology. A $20 gift card is all they offered!

So I took the family in there yesterday . We ordered the Cajun shrimp dip , and the $100 seafood boil . Big big mistake . The muscles, sausage, and potatoes were ice cold . No sauce , no butter , no lemon . Mind you this is not all you can eat . And the amount of food that you get cannot feed 3-4 people like the menu describes. It was quite honestly the worst dish I’ve ever been served in my adult life . I told my server (who was attentive and had a good attitude about it .) They took the food away and brought it back after ten minutes . The food was still cold the second time . Both managers came by the table to let us know they were going to pay for our two drinks, and to “Make sure everything was ok”. We told them that it was cold the second time and both managers just repeated themselves about taking off the two alcoholic beverages . I’ve never been in there before , but will defenitely not be back. Both managers seemed unexperienced and very much unconcerned with the failed $100 meal . Stay away from the $100 boil .
UPDATE : they replied to this review and told me to email them to address it . I told them which location it was and I’ve yet to hear from them . Their responses to these things are just for show , they don’t care .

First time in, very quiet, but we liked it that way. Service was quick and friendly. The crab cakes were outstanding, real crab and not much binder. The fries were perfect, hot, crispy, uniform in size, and not over salted. The seafood combo was good, fish wasn’t spectacular. Overall, it was a good visit. Also liked the music wasn’t loud so you could enjoy it and still have your conversation. Like they say … “It’s 5’oclock somewhere.”
