The food is excellent–among the best Mexican cuisine I have ever had. I would have given five stars but for the wait staff. Margarita’s would improve their business greatly, I think, if they would train their wait staff to be more personable, engaging, and attentive servers. My husband and I have eaten there a few times, and the service has always been what you would expect at a fast food restaurant (brisk and detached). The food is so good…but the wait staff makes us feel less than welcome.

Thanks for the free chips and salsa, I’m sure the food is good, staff could use some training. After sitting at the bar for 20 minutes without anyone saying word I decided I’d find somewhere else to go. If it takes over 20 minutes for the staff to acknowledge someone I’d hate to see how long the food takes. Sorry but you need to acknowledge the customer, weather your busy or not a simple sorry for the wait or I’ll be right with you is all it takes.

The atmosphere was such a vibe, food was awesome and my drink was everything!! We will definitely be going back the staff was great, really enjoyed my experience there. Highly recommend!

Waitress was very slack she let my drink run out food didn’t have much flavor the cheese dip wasn’t very good. The chorizo didn’t have a good flavor tasted strong not good and The tortilla shells they brought me we’re harder to rock.

Love the way this restaurant is decorated! Really awesome inside and I like how you can also choose to eat outdoors. I only gave 2 stars because once we were seated, it was really obvious our waitress was spread thin. She had too many tables to take care of by herself, which is probably why we had terrible service. It took a long time to even get our chips and salsa, and we ordered cheese dip, but didn’t get it until AFTER we got our entrées. Speaking of entrées, i ordered shrimp fajitas, which also comes with guacamole, rice/beans, tortillas. Well, I reviewed my shrimp, but when it came out, it was just warm, it had been sitting a while, and the veggies were wet and soggy. There was very little flavor, just bland shrimp and mushy vegetables. I couldn’t eat because I still hadn’t received the other part of my meal. We waited and waited. Had to flag someone down and ask where the rest of my food was. My husband also was waiting on tortillas. When the rest of the food finally came out, my shrimp fajitas were cold. My drink was at the bottom, was also waiting on more of that too. The food just wasn’t that good, the service was terrible. Also, there was a fee on the ticket that made no sense. won’t be coming back.

Stale chips with salsa and one of the containers of salsa had a hair in it! Bean and cheese dip 95% bean, 5% cheese – disappointed. All the food went in the garbage. $35 bucks wasted. I really wanted to like the place.

Took over two hours to get our cold food to our table. Out of Guacamole at a Mexican Restaurant? Grandsons corn dog was still frozen hard. When I told the lady who took my money she was very hateful about it. She asked if everything was ok. I just told her the truth. Stay away if you’re hungry.

We had Father’s Day dinner here yesterday & everything was great. The food and service was amazing. Also the server Sara (I think that was her name, it may have been Zara ) was great. Super attentive & very nice ! I definitely have a new favorite Mexican restaurant now !
