Margarita House Bar & Grill never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious. The enchiladas were packed with flavor, topped with fresh onions and a rich green sauce that tasted homemade. The rice and beans were the perfect complement—seasoned well and comforting.
The nachos were another standout. Loaded with plenty of meat, cheese, fresh pico, and cilantro, every bite had the perfect combination of crunch and flavor. You can tell they don’t cut corners here; everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and generously portioned.
The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fast. If you’re looking for great Mexican food in the area, Margarita House Bar & Grill is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Extremely fast service, very kind and attentive workers, and the food was exceptional. Absolutely the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time and certainly in this area. Must have also the DRINKS ARE PERFECT! music and ambience is perfect for perfect environment to talk and still hear good Mexican music.

This restaurant was a very surprising find. The nacho supreme was delicious and the other food was also very good. The sauce and chips were also delicious. The food portions are big and you definitely get your money’s worth. The prices are good and not too expensive for all the food you receive. They have plenty of parking and are located in a nice shopping area. This is a good place for family and for everyone looking for a good spot with good food and entertainment with lots of shopping around. This restaurant will be a regular for me going forward.

This place has great Mexican food! Easily one of my favorites. The flavors were on point, portions were solid, and the service was outstanding. My server was friendly and made us feel welcome. I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews, because our experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend the Top Shelf Margarita!!

Drink menu that sits on the tables need to be wiped down, they are sticky. Walls by the booths are dirty and sticky. We were seated at a table with 8 chairs that only fit 6 people. We were so squished. Went tonight and there was maybe 4 customers in the whole place. They were all sitting in a back booth just hanging out and 1 person was working. There was 4 waiters/waitresses, they acted like they didn’t want to wait on a table of 7, which 3 were children. Drinks were made incorrectly and didn’t taste right, waitress walked around with 2 of our drinks to speak to her manager about and she brought them back to us and said that they couldn’t be remade, basically we could drink those or order new ones and pay for both. All the food came out except one persons food, and his torta (sandwich) wasn’t ready until everyone else was almost finished eating. Manager was asked to come to the table but we she got there she didn’t offer an apology, just excuses as to why the sandwich wasn’t ready, she was blaming the cook. She came back to the table and told us that she called her boss and the boss told her to discount the sandwich. Horrible experience. Now I see why they were thriving and now it looks like it’s not even open most evenings. I will not go back.

The food was excellent as it usually is but I was charged 20 dollars for a double shot of Jack Daniels that was maybe if u add water the size of normal shot and was the same for the tequila shots the rest of my table order….. just because your food is good doesn’t mean you get to stiff people in other areas….first time I have tipped less than 20% in over 15yrs. Side note the extra order of refried beans were forgotten….i will not be returning.

Got Fried ice cream and tres leches cake. This is not fired ice-cream. The corn flakes are literally not crunchy, they are hald mushy half hard, gross, not edible. Trea leches cake is extremely dense, sweet, and has entirely too much condensed milk. This is not authentic tres leeches cake. They also charge you a to go fee, PER ITEM, ridiculous. The staff are kind of rude and not attentive. The lady told me my order was ready, but still had me stand and wait about 5 minutes while she literally scrolled through her phone and laughed at things on her screen, until another server basically asked her if she was going to let me pay/did I already pay. Will not return to this establishment. It was very very empty inside. Would not recommend.

It was my first time eating at the Margarita House and I absolutely loved it! Me & my boyfriend both had delicious meals and our server, Fernanza, was incredible! The waitress was efficient, polite, and quick to serve us. She definitely deserves a raise! 10/10 will certainly return to this restaurant. This has now become my favorite spot in Zebulon, NC for Mexican cuisine.

We went here Sunday and I’m still thinking about it The food was so good, even the chips and salsa stood out. We left completely stuffed, it was just too good to stop eating. I wished I grabbed the name of the waitress and waiter that helped us. Service was super quick and friendly.
