Margarita factory is an excellent special occasion or date night spot. The atmosphere is beautiful with great decor & lighting. The drinks are the highlight, with unique and fun options for every taste. The food is delicious & flavorful. The food & drinks are a bit expensive, but worth the price.

Beautiful restaurant, and the staff are great!
Food is good, there’s possibly a little they can work on with freshness.
Had the queso, salsa and guacamole.
The tomato, cilantro and onion they use in these were old and you can tell/ taste it. I wouldn’t recommend the queso, just tasted like cheap cheese dip.
For entrées, we had the Asada plate and salsa Verde enchiladas. I would rate enchiladas higher than the asada plate for sure! They do give you a very good serving of beans and rice with your food.
And I did think the asada plate, was plated really nice. But the meat had an after taste, you could tell it wasn’t very fresh.
The enchiladas, were filled very generously with seasoned chicken. They could probably work on the green sauce it wasn’t too good.
Overall great restaurant, and I think if they worked on the little freshness of certain items it would feel more authentic.

I was expecting a trendy Mexican restaurant, but was blown away by the decor and great food! We went for happy hour – lots of choices for small plates and a great deal on margaritas. The chips came hot, and the salsa had a great flavor. All the food we tried was delicious!
What really stood out was how beautiful the decor is. Everywhere you looked, from the beautiful tree in the bar to the chandeliers to the rope dividers between booths, this place was gorgeous!
Jared did a fantastic job looking after us. Even though he was very busy he had time to visit and make us feel special.

We recently hosted an InterNations event at the Tigard Margarita Factory in Portland, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our group had over 50 attendees, and the staff handled everything seamlessly. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and perfect for a large social gathering.
A special shout-out to our main server, Blasenko, who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, organized, and incredibly friendly—making sure every single person in our group was taken care of throughout the night. Managing such a large crowd is no small task, but he made it look effortless.

Margarita Factory in Tigard is a gem! The ambience is absolutely stunning and sets the perfect vibe for a great dining experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.
The food was delicious and definitely worth the money. The portions were generous, and the quality exceeded expectations. This place is a must-visit if you’re in the area and looking for a memorable meal with a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend!

For an average of $30 per person just for food, there was certainly plenty of it. The meat was good, but the chips and beans were bland. Definitely could have used some salt and pepper at the table or just more seasoning in the kitchen. Also the salsa was particularly spicy. For context I love spicy, but it was even too much for me. On the plus side it made it easy not to fill up on chips and salsa ahead of the meal.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. The tables and chairs are lovely and comfortable. Great atmosphere and great wait staff. They were friendly, attentive, and handled our large party flawlessly.

Decided to try the new Margarita Factory. We love Mexican food and have a couple favorite places in town. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure how good it will be. I have to say my whole family was pleasantly surprised. The owners definitely put a lot of $$ in the TI. I’m an architect and atmosphere is a little over the top but I appreciate the care and thought they put into the space. It’s fun. Food was very yummy. Some reviews said lack of flavor but that was not our experience. Drinks were large and had a good amount of alcohol. Many Mexican restaurants skimp on the tequila. Our server Jorge was the perfect balance of attentive and friendly. We had my 18 month boy with us and I found the space to be well suited for young single adults and families. If I had to criticize one thing is I’d suggest listing drink prices on the menu. You guys deserve 5 stars. We will definitely be back.
