When I say I usually have nothing but great things to say about them!!! And really upset about this visit and the service. My first time ordering the steak and chicken skillet. I literally had to scram through this meal to find the meat. Then waiter didn’t come to the table for refills nor chips and then didn’t bring the supervisor …. Literally NOTHING.. However, I’m very disappointed. But they definitely have some bangers. Then didn’t even come back at all.

Me and my friends got an Airbnb for the weekend so we could try Margarita Factory. OMG!! It didn’t disappoint at all. The food was amazing as well as the margaritas. The amount of food that we got for the price was astonishing. We had so much food that we all had food to vent back to Illinois with us. It was definitely a 10/10 and it was 100% the best choice.

This was a treat! The staff are the friendliest and always have a smile on their face. The food was wonderful! Many tvs around the restaurant, which were on and all on different channels. The Queso is phenomenal!!!!!

This is my favorite spot for Mexican Cuisine! Their food is full of flavor and comes out hot and fast! Service is just as good. Now if you enjoy a GREAT margarita thia is literally you stop…you can get individual margaritas in a variety of sizes, a flight of margaritas in a variety of flavors ooorrrr….a margaritas TOWER which can serve the whole table! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here!
Also, I’ve been here with a table of 2 all the way up to a group of 20. My employer also had an employee appreciation here and they allowed us to have the entire restaurant!

Went out with my family, and the interior was great. Didn’t think it would get packed all of a sudden, but the staff was friendly. I will say the ceviche I had was underwhelming. There was this sauce I couldn’t figure out, but it overpowered the dish. Did like the way it was presented. Either or I heard good things from the drinks were very tasty.

Got here at 8:50 PM (they close at 10 PM) and was told it was takeout only because they “start closing at 9 PM.” The person who eventually greeted us was unprofessional and rude, claiming there was a sign on the door about the takeout-only policy. However, as you can see, there’s no such sign. If that’s their policy, it should be clearly posted and communicated respectfully. Based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Had a taste for the authentic and we gave this place a go. Stopped in at lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Seated and served right away and server was on it! The California fries were great, and it was a hefty helping. Tacos were on point and bill was agreeable. Great experience overall.
