Jimena was SO kind! The place was pretty busy and we were a party of 5 and she still made the time to get us drinks and food quickly and had such a sweet disposition that we felt right at home! When we asked for her to take pictures of our Galentines Day she not only was happy to do so, but her and Quinten both humored me and put on some glasses and took a photo with us! It made our night! I use a mobility aid and seating was no problem. And the chunky guacamole is always SO GOOD!! Drinks are strong and Jimena never rushed us to leave! Please let Jimena know that we will be back and will ask specifically for her! Thank you! ❤️

We had a birthday party of ten here. I really appreciate the staff’s willingness to accommodate several people in wheelchairs. The food was great (delightful fajitas, guacamole, and shrimp!)

I have been to the o e in Gresham before and it was horrible on every level.
My daughter and I went to the one in Clackamas to ight and it was top notch on every level Hard to believe they have the same name because it was luke night and day. Oh and the manager she came out and she was amazing so was our waitress

We love the atmosphere here and always get prompt, friendly service. The staff works well together to make sure that we don’t have to wait on things we may need. We love that every visit there is someone celebrating their birthday here. And we know that because the staff sings a song for them. Food is seasoned well and there are unique and common dishes to choose from. Hazel did a great job tonight providing the level of service we have come to enjoy here.

My mom and I had the MOST wonderful time here during our girls weekend. GM Lacey is so kind and funny; we felt right at home. Our waiter Jesús was amazing as well. He was conscientious and had us giggling the whole time. Everyone here was working so hard and you could tell they enjoyed working here. Food was fantastic! We also enjoyed our margaritas 🙂 Of course we recommend this spot! You better request Jesús and Lacey…you’ll have the best time 🙂

We had an amazing experience at Margarita Factory! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our server, Jimena, truly made the experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the drinks and food were on point, and the overall vibe was just right. 10/10 experience—we will definitely be back next time we’re in town and highly recommend this place!
