Best french food we’ve found in Seattle. Service is amazing, the owner is always out and around. Drinks are on point. The Bourbon Renewal is my jam. Can’t beat the view of the beach. Happy hour is totally worth the drive down to the beach.

Went here during week day. The escargot is excellent, the pairing and the sauce is on point, and both complemented each other perfectly. I enjoy the ambience and food this place offers.

Everything is always so delicious and the atmosphere is chill, with a beautiful view. And every wine on the list is available by the glass!

Absolutely delicious! Wonderful selection of dishes each artfully presented and perfect combinations or flavors! Always take my dad here for special occasions. (And he’s tough to please but this menu had both of us drooling)

An incredible location with awesome Alki Beach views. An authentic French menu using local/farmers market ingredients (their Monday Night Farmer’s Market Menu is quite authentic and a great delight!). The service is awesome and sincere, the menu is varied and can easily be accommodated for vegans, and the dessert Whiskey Mousse is to die for.
We are now extraordinary loyal customers – for both international and local friends!

I attended a private dinner here (a test run for a James Beard dinner the chefs have been invited to cook), and was very impressed with the food, the service, and the wineries the chefs chose to pair wines with their courses. They are now on my short list of places to return to – I’d love to give them a try on a regular night, and see how the kitchen is.

My go-to home away from home FAVORITE neighborhood ‘stamm tisch’. Small, intimate, with killer sunsets and staff who know you by name and have been there for years. Andy is the fabulous chef owner with his very warm welcoming wife Meagan. Gil and Loiuise are exceptionally knowledgeable attentive and courteous servers. The best is the food that is very traditional French using fresh local ingredients and changes by the season. Not to be missed !!!(but then again we need to keep this as a neighborhood secret)

TLDR; You go out for a nice (expensive) night out. Issues with food. You send back. Continues to be an issue. You send back again and say, no more food thank you and no, you don’t want to talk to the chef about it. Chef comes out. You ask not to talk any more. They continue to push it. Chef is rude excuse maker. Manager is rude. Then the waitress is rude. “we HAVE to defend our product”. Please don’t fight with me as a customer.
4 friends on rare parents night out.
My steak, ordered Rare comes out medium well. I send back.
Second steak comes out 15 minutes later. My dining partners food has already come and been eaten and done.
Philadelphia Blue – fine whatever. I quite like blue.
Tendons galore. Inedible. I know my steak.
I sample a few parts. I don’t eat it. It’s also beyond Philly…. burned.
Waitress hasn’t been seen since I sent it back 20 min ago.
Then, clearing plates she’s back…. and asks about steak. I say it’s stringy, and actually wasn’t rare and its inedible. And that I’m not paying for it. She offers chef to come out. I say no, I don’t want to have a conversation about it.
Guess who comes out. Yup.
Some “apologies” but actually he spends 90% of his breath “defending our product”.
Seriously? And I didn’t want to have this conversation.
I shake my head.
He calls me out for shaking my head.
I ask him to just stop. I do this about 5 times as he continues to bang on about his products.
I didn’t want to have this conversation. He uses the f word.
And he storms off saying something about their product.
Oh great, waitress is back.
Waitress does the same. “Defending product”
Was a poor experience. Now it’s getting REALLY BAD.
I didn’t even want this conversation.
I said comping the steak wasn’t enough to compensate for the poor experience.
She says….
“I’ll go tell them you want free stuff”
One of the table staff, a Frenchman? Was very nice. The manager (who we later spoke to), the “chef” and our waitress were all systemically rude. And continued to harp on about “our product”.
And the best part…. yeah no additional compensation.
We actually stormed out. I felt they should learn that the customer is important to their business. My wife went back in and paid. And the staff continued to go on and on about it. Unbelievable. No compensation. No apologies.
Could have just comped my steak and listened to me when I said I don’t want to talk about to. Ended up being a horrible experience. Rest of food was average at best.
Please don’t go to this place. They don’t deserve your CUSTOM.

We went here for our company’s holiday dinner and I have to say that it was simply amazing. The food was great, the owner and staff were wonderful and they had a couple of mixed drinks that were an absolute hit with our people.

Authentic, wonderful tastes of France, with a Northwest twist. The Pate is to die for. Only suggestion- a more affordable Steak Frites- no need for a Ribeye, really. Also had the Lyonaisse salad, delish.
