Celeste is truly AMAZING. She is the heart of this Marco’s Pizza. Every single time I come in for the cheesy bread, she treats me so well and makes me feel genuinely welcome. She has such a warm, inviting presence, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs when she’s there. She knows how to handle her team, she knows how to handle a rush, and she does it all with kindness, patience, and confidence. No matter how busy it is, Celeste is always exceptional sweet, respectful, and a true team player with outstanding leadership skills. Honestly, I love this Marco’s mostly because of her. She is my favorite, hands down. She’s number one to me. That said, the entire staff is very sweet as well, which says a lot about the environment she helps create. The managers should be incredibly proud of the team they have especially Celeste. She’s a gem and deserves all the recognition.

Ordered online and did not receive discounts when I placed the order so I immediately called the restaurant and had the order cancelled and then re-ordered. Unfortunately they did cancel my order but did not reverse the charge. I went in to get the charge reversed and the manager claimed she did. When the credit did not show up on my account after making three trips to the restaurant I was told to call my bank as she could do nothing else. Called the bank but of course they showed nothing attempting to be credited to my account from Marco’s. I’ve emailed Marco’s twice to resolve the issue and nothing but crickets from them. Too bad, I typically order from Marco’s two or three times a month but no more. Enjoy the $38 you got from because its the last you’ll get. Great long term business decision you made.

If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered a year ago at least, service was slow, one individual was working that store, one. But food was good.
Last night we ordered again. Ordered at 6:22. It said delivery 7:00. We had to call multiple times to check and see if it was still coming, we had guests over. 8:00 we got delivered a dry chewy luke warm pizza, soggy boneless wings in a soggy smashed box and cheese bread that was like dough jerky. We hadn’t eaten all day, we were starving so we ate. Well today we wake up sick to our stomachs. Great. I have to work with food poisoning symptoms.
The excuse of being “short staffed” is chronic. Why isn’t management managing and addressing this with corporate? If you’re that far behind in orders you should at least stagger your cooking process so you aren’t delivering old food and making customers sick!

Ordered online for 4:45 pick up, arrived at 4:40 and cashier said she’s would check on the order and then never provided an update. 30 minutes past pick up time we are told there was a glitch and the order was never made. Now 45 minutes past pick up time and still waiting. Cashier is very rude and did not offer any apology or compensation for the mistake. Have never had issues here until today, returns in the future are questionable.

We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and bread. Impressed with all. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Way to go team!

One thing I should add is that the employees are NOT allowed to accept cash tips. This is a bit unfair to them. I did not know the first time when I ordered online and canceled the auto added tip figuring I’ll give cash when I pick up. Got there and saw the sign, there’s $5 the employees didn’t get. Called for a pick up order the following day, didn’t have my card with me so again no tip for the employee because I only had cash on me, there’s another $5 the employees didn’t get.

Whoever elesa is, is a horrible manager i walk in and she’s on her phone and doesn’t even acknowledge me…i sat there waiting on her until another employee came up and took care of me, a nice and respectful young man… if it wasn’t for him they would have lost my business… thank you to the young man that went above and beyond to help me and calm me down…. that so called manager has no professionalism whatsoever!
