Pizza was good. It was late being delivered so that was stinks .. but it was what we ordered. Over the phone order was simple and the girl was very pleasant. My husband tends to get Marcos for lunch so we will definitely order again

I have been a loyal customer of this Marco’s location for a long time, always ordering through the app with my saved delivery address and never having any issues—until today. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of this store.
I placed a delivery order as usual, but for some reason, the store claimed there was “no unit number” on my order—even though my address is saved and has not been changed. I was at work in a meeting and couldn’t answer my phone, but when I checked afterward, I saw that my order had been marked as ready for pickup. I never chose pickup; I selected delivery just like I always do.
When I called the store to resolve the issue, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She said she could send out the same pizza—over an hour old—but refused to make a fresh one, even after I explained the situation. When I asked for a refund, she told me it was my fault and refused to help further.
As a single mom working late, I ordered this pizza so my kids could have dinner without an issue. Instead, I ended up with no food, poor customer service, and zero accountability from the store. I’ve always supported Marco’s, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially over a simple $15 pizza.

We usually have a good experience. Tonight was an exception. We placed an order at 6:35pm. We received a text at 7:07pm saying our food had left the store and would arrive around 7:28pm. At 8pm, we called the store to say we hadn’t received our food yet. We were told to check our food when we got it and see if it looks okay. If not, call back. We received our food at 8:10pm. When we asked the driver why it took over an hour, he didn’t seem to speak English. The pizza was slightly warm and unappetizing in appearance. With how late it was and being on hold for awhile the first time, we just didn’t want to deal with it. We are disappointed with DoorDash delivering our food, since your drivers ha e always been timely.

Ordered a 15 ct boneless wings for $16. My hunny came home with some popcorn chicken where I counted 13 pieces INCLUDING the pieces that are roughly the size of a nickel. We will pause on ordering for pick up from Marco’s for awhile. For the price, definitely not worth it.

Marco’s Pizza never disappoints. If we order online and then head to pick it up, it’s always hot and ready when we arrive. My tip is: Look through their coupons before you order. They are listed on their website. We’ve found some great savings.

Let me start by saying Marco’s might be one of my favorite pizzas. I have ordered here multiple times. Recently was the first and only time that I had a less than great experience,not enough cheese and uneven everywhere. Old world pepperoni is awesome. Good quality bread and cheese. I’ll post a pic of the recent pizza I had. Mind you, only time but even if I had checked it before I left back home I didn’t have the ti to wait for another.
