Being from LA I took a chance to get a pepperoni pizza at Marco’s. Wow!! Absolutely delicious! I wish we had one near my home in LA but while I’m here I’ll definitely order often. Service was fantastic and it only took 15 min which was great even for a Friday night. I highly recommend it! I can see why they were so busy.

We order from Marco’s wayyyyyy to often. But! That’s because their pizza is amazing! Toppings always taste fresh! Pizza arrives at our door hot! It’s just a different experience from the other cheaper options. Now, that’s not to say some of the menu items leave little to be desired. Not a fan of their pizza bowls…(ick) Their chicken wings lacked chicken… so not cool! Their subs are mediocre at best… Like I said, we order A LOT from Marco’s… they don’t do everything right… BUT!!! If you’re looking for amazing pizza, lots of toppings, great flavor…. then spend the extra few bucks and try Marco’s! For Pizza you won’t be disappointed! Yum!
Out of all our orders they’ve only messed up once and added mushrooms when I clearly requested no mushrooms… (you can see in the pics) However 1 mistake out of a zillion orders isn’t terrible… We’re all human! Give them a try …. you surely won’t be disappointed!

I haven’t been to this store for two years because of the service and the handling of the orders. I thought I’d give it one last try. The location validated the reason I stopped going there. I asked for anchovies on the right side of one of the pizzas. I received 1 (one) anchovies on the pizza. Both pizzas were not tasty and barely warm.

Terrible! I ordered a large deep dish with old pepp, ham, spinach, red onions and, tomatoes. They were closing in 10 minutes. Instead of them informing me they couldn’t have the pizza done in 10 minutes, they just threw it together with a “Dang, it’s time to close and I gotta make this last pizza! Oh well it’s not for me or my family”, attitude. Some of the slices don’t have all the ingredients. Some ingredients all piled up in a corner or hanging all off the sides. I’ve had pizza that was made with care, this ain’t it! I wished I had checked this before I left the parking lot and before my daughter had 2 pieces. Either way, it was carelessly made and I’m taking the rest of it back and talking to a manager when they open! I don’t care what time I ordered or the fact that customer service has gone to the dogs, this is unacceptable and the owner of this establishment needs to hold his manager and their cooks accountable!!

We’ve been ordering from this location at least once a month, sometimes more, for 3 and a half years. Tonight we ordered old world pepperoni with green peppers on one side and mushrooms on the other. This is a typical order for us and we never order regular pepperoni, only old world. This time they put regular pepperoni on the whole pizza, as a cheap filler I presume, and a smattering of old world. The crust was soggy and the box was swimming in grease. It was quite disgusting. See for yourself in the pics. We will give them one more chance but if we find out this is how they intend to keep costs down, we’re not going back ever. Charge more if you have to but never cheapen your product. People will show you your mistake.

I ORDERED A PIZZA BUILT MY OWN WAY. THE TOTAL WAS $31.73 WHICH I PAID ON THE MY APP. WHEN I PICKED IT UP, I WASN’T SHOWN THE PIZZA BY OPENING THE LID LIKE THEY USED TO, JUST HANDED THE BOX. WHEN I GOT HOME, MY WIFE STARTED EATING IT BEFORE I GOT TO THE TABLE, I FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT THE PIZZA I ORDERED. IT WAS A PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO PIZZA AND THE RECEIPT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT NAME, NOT FOR ME,. THEY HAD PAID $10.83. I STILL HAVE MY RECEIPT AND THE OTHER CUSTOMERS RECEIPT. I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT THEY COULD ONLY REFUND HALF MY MONEY IF I RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY. IT WAS ALREADY EVENING AND ALMOST BEDTIME AS I WORK NIGHTS. THE NEXT DAY THEY WOULD DO NOTHING, SO I PAID $31.73 FOR A PIZZA COSTING $10.83 DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I’VE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THAT STORE FOR YEARS BUT AFTER STEALING $30 FROM ME, I’M NOT GOING BACK THERE. I’D ADVISE IF YOU DO TO DEMAND THEY OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK IT CLOSELY BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT,. At a later date, they gave me the pizza I originally ordered. Everyone makes mistakes and their pizza’s are the best. Just check it before you leave and that goes for everywhere.

First time ordering from Marco’s Pizza and it was a very pleasant experience. Ordered for delivery and was given a 35 minute delivery time frame. Sure enough it was delivered on time and the pizza was piping hot when I got it. The delivery fee was reasonable and the order was done exactly as I asked. Hats off for a great tasting pizza and smooth delivery. Will be ordering from Marco’s again.

Usually I love this place, but tonight my order was all messed up. I received brown lettuce throughout my salad and the pizza I ordered was wrong. The only good thing I can say about tonight’s experience, is that Andrew was very good at his customer service and helped to correct all the mistakes.
