I picked up my pizza around 4:30 p.m. Saturday the 23rd of March.
The ingredients and the service very nice except the surface ingredient not enough for the whole pie $20+ without promotion that’s absolutely insane.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting this complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had with the store manager at Marcos Pizza located at 90 S Stephanie Street in Henderson, Nevada. The manager in question identified herself as Kris or Chris, and I was informed that she may also be one of the franchise owners.
As a third-party delivery driver for DoorDash, I arrived to pick up an order for a customer. Upon arrival, I was informed that the order had already been handed off to another DoorDash driver in error. When I requested that the order be remade to fulfill my customer’s delivery, the manager refused and became combative. She declined to provide her business card or any contact information for follow-up.
Rather than taking accountability for the mistake, she deflected responsibility and attempted to shift the blame onto me, accusing me of yelling—when in fact, I was speaking passionately and firmly in response to the blatant disrespect and dismissiveness I was experiencing. Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional, confrontational, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a managerial role.
This incident not only disrupted my ability to serve my customer but also reflected poorly on Marcos Pizza’s commitment to customer service and professionalism. I strongly urge the franchise owners and corporate leadership to evaluate Kris’s conduct and suitability for a managerial position. Her behavior undermines the reputation of the business and creates unnecessary conflict for delivery partners and customers alike.
