The crazy thing about the guy that was working tonight. He told me that he canceled my order five minutes before 10 so at 9:55 he said that he canceled it because he likes to be out of the door at 10 o’clock on the dot well I didn’t even get an email saying that my order was canceled until after my confrontation with him at 10:02. I’m going to upload the photo screenshot of when he canceled my order. It didn’t even smell like pizza in there. It just smelled like his BO I guarantee you he never even cooked my food in the first place.

Man we love Marcos! They are always insanely fast to get us our food and it’s still always very obviously fresh. The price is decent for what you’re getting and I’ve never had something from Marcos that wasn’t delicious. It’s definitely our go-to now.

They’ve changed their wing recipe or I just happened to get a really bad batch. They were soggy and no longer crispy, and the wing sauce for the buffalo style was thin and disgusting. Very disappointing since I’ve enjoyed their wings in the past and considered them really good before my most recent order. Nothing against their pizza, the pizza is fantastic, but I could’ve ordered the same wings from dominos for cheaper. Very disappointing experience to say the least. Order their pizza, but don’t buy the wings unless you like soggy tasteless disappointment.

It tastes like cheap fast food. The calzone is just folded up pizza, and the ingredients inside are barely warm. Raw harsh onion. Chewy crust. A calzone is supposed to have a blend of ricotta cheese and they just throw in part skim mozzarella, and barely any at that. They forgot the mushrooms. The marinara comes prepackaged. The portion is skimpy. For eight dollars it was a four dollar delivery charge. Then the delivery driver looked at me like he was getting stiffed and I was supposed to tip more. The food came on time, but I’d be willing to wait for something better. I’ve had worse but I won’t be ordering from here again.

I had the best customer service with the GM, Nici at the Washington Blvd location. Because of this experience I will continue to go back to this location. Not only was the pizza delicious, the customer service was excellent!!!

I placed an online order that said itd take 15 min to make, get there 25 min later its just being done but who cares it took me a minute to get there. Once I get in it takes 5 min for them to come help me, after I pay I can see my food done the seemed to be empty on cash so go to their safe to give me my change. And instead of giving me my food the proceed to fully shock the register then give me my food. Took 10 min when it should’ve only taken 2 or 3.
