If you like well-made pizza. This Marco’s in Murray is THE BEST. They treated me so kindly every time I’ve been here. The pizza is amazing! Their oven is apparently really old but somehow that makes their pizza 10 times better than any Marco’s I’ve been to. Please, please, please give this one your money. It’s worth it!

Love the pizza, but I won’t order delivery anymore. They used to have their own delivery guys, so I trusted them. Now they’re using DoorDash. I don’t trust or use delivery apps because I’ve had too many drivers steal my food. I can’t get out much, so I guess I’ll find a different pizza place who employs their own drivers who are held accountable. Sad.

This was the worst online ordering and delivery service I have ever used!!! I’m out of town, hungy so I have a list of Pizza places that deliver to my hotel. So I used the website put in the address and order. For some reason my order was sent to a restaurant over 30 miles away, which I had no idea of this. I get a message saying my pizza was delivered. Went into the lobby and nope. Then the delivery guy calls asking for a apt number because he was at a wrong address. He sent me a picture of a place. I explained I’m in a hotel. Then he tells me he doesn’t speak good English and his phone has to translate. Phone disconnect several times as I tried to call again. He wants me to text and give my apt number again. I said let me text the hotel address where I am at again. He text “be patient” I can deliver then I get another text right after stating it’s too far and he can not deliver. Then the store calls and says they can’t deliver cuz it’s too far. I must have put in the wrong address!! I verified the address and he said that’s not what he had. I asked why was my order sent to your restaurant that was so far away, he couldn’t tell me so I asked for a refund refunded. As of yet I have not received a refund email or an apology email. Now I will probably have to deal with getting a refund credit to my account too!! I will never order through Marco’s Pizza. Not only did it take 2 hours of my time wasted I didn’t even get food!!! Marcos Pizza website ordering system is terribly flawed. Plus hire a delivery driver who can speak english and can use GPS. Completely Unprofessional Business!!!

I went swimming and worked up an appetite.You know how that goes. I decided I want a Caesar salad.And some pizza. And went on the Marco’s Pizza website and discovered they had exactly what I wanted!! I put in my order and went to pick it up. It wasn’t ready, Which was a good thing because I didn’t want cold pizza. The best cold pizza is breakfast pizza the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my chicken caesar salad. It was a generous portion of salad , fresh romaine and lettuce lots of parmesan cheese portion, excellent Caesars dressing. Believe me some people can mess up a caesar salad. Not these guys.They topped my salad with crutons, The chicken was perfect. It tasted great, The lettuce was crisp and fresh and made my mouth happy!! You know how it is.You take a bite of good salad in your body just does a little dance… The pizza was delicious. Regular crust topped with their super yummy sauce, The right amount of melted mozzarella cheese, And toasty pepperonis!!! Their crest is really good. They put cornmill at the bottom to help the crustget crispy and not get soggy at all. It was the perfect size pizza. Leftover pizza for breakfast is always bomblicious!!! My pizza went well with my coffee. The lady who assisted me at marco’s was very nice. She is getting ready to open her own business doing.I think nails. She had a very beautiful pedicure and she was very friendly. I didn’t mind waiting for my fresh pizza to finish getting all baked up just for me. We got to share conversation and she made me so happy telling me. She’s getting ready to open her own business. I bought Marco’s pizza for my Bible.Study class and we were all pleasantly surprised when we got to eat these different pizzas with yummy sauce and all the different toppings that they had to offer. For your next pizza party call marcos, The prices are very reasonable and your family will love you for it!! Get their salads.You will be happy you did!! I’m not sure if there Is indoor dining. All of my orders have been take out. Excellent experience every time.

I get Marcos here and there and typically love it. But my experience this last time was horrible (10-19) ordered at 8:38.
The Delivery driver could not find my apartment despite being on the phone 5+ minutes to give verbal direction. He still delivered to the wrong place. Whoever it was they took it inside. He got it back, at that point I don’t want it?? This was at 9:05.. delivery within 30 minutes. GREAT!
So he has someone at the store call me and she goes off rudely with attitude about my address and what’s wrong with the pizza. Tells me 30 minutes.
Next thing I know my pizza is now being picked up by door dash?? At 9:55.
My pizza delivered at 10:05. I waited a whole hour from the first delivery issue. Now combined an hour and 20minutes.
I finally get my pizza, but it’s the wrong pizza and it’s cold!? Not only that the store is now closed. So I’m screwed.
I called back today 10/20 and spoke with Juan. He heard my ordeal and said NOTHING.
He says he’s a manager but then he had to talk to his manager Taylor? Who told him a week and a half for a refund for a pizza?? YOUR KIDDING.
Didn’t say anything more, he was silent with me, not even I’m sorry for the bad experience?
Never again.

I ordered some pizza and cinnamon squares today. It took them 1 and a half to deliver. Left pizza on the floor without knowing on the door or letting us know. Very disappointing, I never had such a bad experience with them before but this one was enough. Won’t be buying again.

Marcos has gone downhill fast. This location used to be really good when it first opened. Quality is non existent and the last 2 times we ordered delivery, our pizzas were undercooked and with the wrong toppings.

I ordered Marco’s pizza it’s on the way home. However, I ordered from the wrong location, my bad.
However who ever was working 10/24//25 was certainly not a nice man. I went in to check my order and he was nice at first, when pulled my phone out to verify. He flew off the handle. I wasn’t calling him a liar, I was just trying to sort it out. He went so far as to say go through my receipts. All He had to do is reach out the Marco’s to confirm I ordered at the wrong place. Indeed it was my error, but, didn’t deserve him belittling me in front of other customers. Thankfully it was at 1300 E location when I called. Honestly if you want good customer service, visit that location. As that’s is where I will order from on purpose.

Good Pizza – just needs more meat toppings for a $28 large. It’s also kind of dry, so order extra marinara dipping sauce on the side. Good crunchy crust and super fast delivery.
