This place can’t make pizza dough take a look at attached pictures. Why is it bubbling up like that? Not only that but also burnt. Go across the street to united slice they know how to make pizza.

These guys went above and beyond, even though they didn’t have to (make a new pizza) To make sure that I was satisfied with my order. They wanted to make sure I had the total Marco‘s pizza experience which included trying some new sauces and The manager in charge was quick about prioritizing making the new pizza to replace the original make that wasn’t quite what I ordered.
The interesting caveat here was I still got to keep The original pizza!

Edited – We’ve been back a few times since my initial review and the pizzas have been made with more attention and care recently!
We normally love this Marcos Pizza, but this is the second time they’ve messed up our pizzas. We ordered 2 pizzas today and neither of them were cut, but they were both overcooked. They also did not read what was supposed to be on the pizzas. I can’t eat mozzarella cheese due to the high lactose and asked for it to not be added to either half of my pizza and they doused one half in a ton of cheese, so I couldn’t eat that half. I also asked for no onions and spinach instead and they did not make this change either. We live a ways away so by the time I noticed it wasn’t correct we were too far away to bring the pizza back and get it corrected.

They have come a long way and it is usually pretty good and consistent. They have taken the large 1-topping special away for $8.99 and replaced it with a medium 1-topping for $6.99. Now they have taken that away and increased the medium 1-toppong pizza to $7.99. I’m searching other locations for better prices. And they still ask for a tip for a carryout.

I had a large order to pick up early this week. Faith and Brandon acted like I was their favorite customer! I know what great customer service looks like and they were the perfect example of just that! Not only did they bend over backwards to make sure I was taken care of, the food was hot and delicious. Brandon was the GOAT! Very polite and friendly and treated me like one of his bros. I ate the pizza over the sink like a rat and tried to figure out how to overthrow the government. Marcos fuels my ambitions, topped with parmesan.
