Went back after my initial egregious experience and I can’t say it was any better. I ordered a well done pepperoni magnifico and it was not even close. Look at the pic …we ordered 2 and both looked like this and not even close to their ads or what little Ceasars offers…I’d avoid going to this place…the people are friendly at the front desk but when you get a pizza that looks half assed… and not well done.. it just becomes a them problem if you avoid it.

Every time we order online from this store the pizza is not ready. Tonight we ordered online and the app told us it would be ready at a certain time. Went in to pick up the pizza and the guy making the pizzas looked through his standing orders (not made yet) and then said 10 minutes. Took 15. If Marcos is going to give a time to pick up an order they should have it ready when you get there- not begin making it at that time. Frustrating.

Decided to try them for the first time and ordered a small pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. The cheese bread felt like it was mainly crust and bread but no cheese?:(. As for the pizza they were good just felt like they were too greasy as the pepperoni even had puddles of grease on them.

Save your money and sanity. We loved them for several years but it must be under new management. 3 orders ago it was a terrible pizza. Previous order they forgot our wings. This order we waited 1 1/2 hours after being told 25-30 min. I feel bad for the owner who undoubtedly made huge sacrifices and inherited big risks to buy this franchise to have it ran into the ground.

We have ordered a few times and always had awesome pizza. Not so today. The bottom of the box was filled with grease, so much so that it was leaking out of the bottom. The crust was soggy and just a huge disappointment.

Please for the love of god. Stop using door dash. They are going to cause a lot of bad reviews. They are the worst. I won’t be ordering from here anymore as they have starting using door dash. Food arrives cold and for only being 8 minutes away I have to wait extended periods. This last time I waited 20 min. Ridiculous. Also they always just leave on porch with no knock or ring. Come on guys. Lost a customer and it’s too bad because my wife really likes the pizza. Don’t use door dash. They will drag you down.
