I’ve been going there for years and was very disappointed in the service and the pizza had no flavor or seasonings. Not sure if their recipes have changed or not. It seems they are not using quality ingredients. Service was also lacking. Very sad, going for years but have seen a decline.

Bummer! I specifically ordered The Philly Steak pizza without green bell peppers (allergy). As you can see in the picture, that is the complete opposite of what I bought and paid for.

Sometimes you have a busy family and just need to order pizza. I personally don’t care for their pizza but I chose to order from here because I don’t have to eat pizza. I like their meatball sub and even their wings are decent. But, don’t order delivery! One thing that is consistent is their long delivery times. Over an hour, always. Usually closer to 2 hours. Another constant is their inability to deliver your complete order.

I ordered wings with ranch. The wings arrive and no ranch. I call and they say they will credit me for the ranch. The manager, Brett, was very kind but a complete idiot. How do you credit the cost of ranch when the ranch comes free with the wings? I don’t need a nice manager, I need a competent one. Then they said it would be another 40min to bring the ranch dressing. I can’t help but laugh. In 40min the ranch is useless. I could have driven to the store and bought my own in 10min. In 40min the wings are no longer edible. After some time they agreed to bring hot wings along with the ranch dressing. But my family was in bed by the time I got to eat. A hangry and tired Mom writes reviews LOL.

I know that when I order a meatball sub I will have to microwave it. If you order a hot sub keep that in mind. I’m not sure if it is sitting and waiting for the pizza or it is the paper wrapper but it’s never hot. My last order the sauce was cold to the touch and it wasn’t a cold day.

I will credit their website. It is easy to place an order and they do email coupons. The coupons are also uploaded to your account so you can simply click the coupon to add it to your order. It works great. The only downfall is the tip. It prompts you to tip before you can complete your order. Dear delivery man, you owe me money. You can’t decrease tip when they take 2 hours. You can’t decrease when your order is incomplete. They want you to tip based on total cost.

My average order is $40-50. A large pizza and cheese bread (kids) and something​ for Mom & Dad (about $10 each). For that price I expect a timely and correct order. And as these things have been a consistent problem over the past year, I will not be returning.

Always enjoy taking kids to this location. They are friendly and for some reason the way they cut the veggies for salads is perfect. Especially, the Italian salad. Try the Italian salad with the Parmesan packets is soooo good.
This place is also big enough for kids with patio on the side. My grandkids always like this place.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza using their mobile app. My pizza was ready when I arrived. Quick in and out. There are a few seats inside, but this Marcos is mostly for takeout. The pizza was delicious. Ample toppings.

Until recently, Marcos has been one of our go-to pizza chains. First time ordering from this location. We wanted to use a coupon code and as we tried to complete the order, the website said we were below the minimum order amount for delivery. We didn’t want anything else but were forced to order more. The website was advertising new breadsticks so we decided to order those to meet the delivery minimum. When I reached checkout, I saw that there is a $6.50 delivery fee – and it doesn’t count toward the order total. So, our $13 pizza turned into a $31 order including a tip for the driver which we paid upfront. Our order was delivered promptly and the pizza was still warm which was great. The breadsticks were another story.. they were so overdone thay were almost black and really hard dry. If that wasn’t bad enough, we realized they didn’t give us the marinara that was supposed to be included. So $31 for a $13 pizza, inedible breadsticks with no sauce, a ridiculous $6.50 delivery fee and a pre-delivery tip for the driver who didn’t make sure our oder was complete. If we are paying a delivery fee, there shouldn’t be an order minimum. We won’t be back.

My pizza was burnt and cold. I ordered through their website because I hate doordash. But for some reason Marcos did not deliver my pizza it went to doordash I was not happy about. It took almost 1.5 hrs-i live in the neighborhood I also ordered green olives on my pizza and I got like four or five. I was super disappointed with my order and I order here quite frequently. unfortunately, I will not be ordering pizza from here in the future. I’m sure they will comment on this and apologize and tell me to fill out some feedback form. This is my feedback, that’s what a review is.

Ordered a pizza which was dropped prior to delivery. I called and spoke with the manager (10/13/24 – order #182) around 6:45pm. The manager tried to come up with an excuse for the condition of the pizza. I asked for a new pizza and the manager said he would send a new pizza out – it never arrived. Terrible customer service.

Never again. Their new app is terrible, I’ve never gotten the sauce cup, and I’ve now waited more than 3 hours for delivery. Two failed Door Dash attempts (drivers were cancelled) and 90 minutes after a verbal promise of “we’ll redo and send it right out” is still waiting for a driver.
