I ordered a pizza with the base cheese option de sables. The pizza was for a person allergic to dairy. They ignored the request. When I called to complain the person who answered the phone said there was nothing they could do.

After it being 25 minutes late when the tracking said it was on its way I called and spoke with management who said it’d would be here in 5 minutes . I’m 1.3 miles from the store…..20 minutes later it arrived and cold…
The management has promised a total refund I’ll wait to see….What’s worse was the guy on the phone attitude and he through his driver under the bus…
This is now 6 days later …spoke to somebody on Wednesday and I asked why I hadn’t received my refund ….I was told he was sure the must have forgotten !!!!!
What else is there to say …Next call CORPORATE… I WAS PROMISED THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK NEVER RECEIVED A CALL

The pizza is always great and Diego was a great guy and gave us top notch service. I was trying to tip him and the people there but whoever was in charge midday January 10th would not allow him to give me change. Mind you I was asking for change so I was able to tip the workers

Dont go to this place! Thay had me waiting for over 20 minutes for my pizza when they told me it was already out of the oven. And then they notice they cada it sitting there for those 20 minutes!! Ofcourse my pizza cold already and they just told me, oh im sorry that that happened ma’m, and gave me my pizza that way
And did not want to give me my money back. Incredible.

First time at Marcos Pizza. Upon walking in the lobby, it was somewhat messy and disorganized. However the staff were pretty friendly. The Magnifico Pepperoni pizza and wings were hot and fresh. The taste of the Magnifico pizza was pretty good, but garlicky. Also I’m not sure if the wings were missing sauce or that’s just how they come. Overall it was an okay experience, Marcos is definitely much pricier than other competitors. Spent $40+ for pizza and wings. But it was good to try, I’m sure I will order again in future.

I ordered Marcos pizza for the first time and I called the location to see if I ordered online I could get delivery and they said yes. When I ordered online it was set for pickup so I called them and they changed it to delivery and they brought my order to my house with no issue. The pizza was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised! The crust was so good and the flavors were off the chain. I will definitely pay more for their pizza going forward! Thank you for the great service 🙂

Usually, I don’t have any issues whenever I order from this Marcos location. This evening, they gave me the wrong order. I was supposed to have a Philly Cheesesteak pizza with alfredo sauce. Instead I got a pizza loaded with mushrooms and marinara sauce. On top of that the uber driver didn’t have a hot bag, so I received my pizza cold. I know it’s not up to the restaurant to be responsible for delivery drivers. Though it would be nice to refuse driver’s orders who cannot present a hot bag. My order wasn’t cheap either to say the least. With this experience I had, I’ll look to order elsewhere next time.

Pizza is delicious, the bread is soft and savory, while I was eating I kept nodding my head to my husband. My son and husband also liked the pizza a lot, I didn’t care about the wings felt like they were microwave wings but this is not a wing restaurant, prices are good and the atmosphere is good.

Have had many good pizzas from Marcos. Tonight I get two that are more than subpar. Had to use my own pizza cutter to cut the slices just to get them out. When I was actually able to eat a slice it was so floppy and undercooked I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. Not the quality pizza should be! 2 stars only because of past experiences. If it was based on just today’s experience it would be a 1 star. That picture was after it cooled some. Hot, all the topping fell off when lifted. Sad especially for new years and guests

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered a pizza tipped the driver 6 bucks from the app. Fast forward 2 hours later we were wondering where the pizza was check outside and the pizza was on the ground outside on the porch cold and cheese ripped off half of the pizza. I’m not sure if the driver got hungry or if it left the store that way. Overall bad experience. I tried calling the store but since we waited 2 hours and the driver didn’t ring the doorbell or let us know the food would be on the porch the store was closed. It sucks to spend almost 40 bucks on some pizza to get it cold, plus eatened/ made incorrectly. Probably will be my last time ordering unless I pick it up and can verify the order and that it’s not delivered cold or eaten out of. Photo attached of the toppings eaten off the top of pizza.
