I placed an order around 6, and didn’t get my pizza until 40 minutes later. I walked all the way down there for my pizza, waited for 25+ minutes after giving my name, and I think everything is fine until I get home and check. For reference, I ordered one toping. Steak. I wanted the thin sliced steak, and knew it would have more protein, so I ordered it. I got ground beef. On top of that, I asked for a parm dip cup, and they gave me a random greasy, bent container of sauce that I’m not even sure is sanitary. Overall very disappointed with this pizza. I’ll link a photo for reference. I also sat on the phone for 5+ minutes on hold. Someone picked up, and said sternly “I’m putting you on hold” before I can even say hi. I hung up, as I’m not waiting 10 minutes to get on the phone with an employee. I wanted this fixed, but obviously no one can answer the phone. If y’all were out of steak, just tell me that and I’d pick something different like pepperoni. Last thing I wanted was a ground beef pizza. Literally all I needed was someone to answer the phone, and tell me I can either exchange my pizza for the right one, a refund, or a coupon would have been nice. Do better.

The person who took my order was horrible. I called and they put me on hold for 17 minutes and hung up, I called back and tried to tell him that and he only rushed me on an ugly way to place the order, some people just can’t be on customer service. The cashier was good but just one person can ruin the whole experience. I leave prove in case the company wants to hear the call.

We love the pizza but yall do such a crappy job of cutting the pizza! It’s never cut completely thru and then you end up destroying half the pizza trying to get the remainder of it cut. And it’s not just a San Antonio thing, they cut it just as crappy in Houston. Please do better. Don’t make me go back to dominos.

Ordered a pizza at 9:43pm. Constructing at 9:46pm. Baking at 9:49pm and on the way at 10:13pm. Still hasn’t received by 10:55pm. I called and they said the driver had it with him. Well is he bringing it to my frickin house or taking it on a field trip? I called to cancel, I don’t understand how the entire cooking process is quicker than bringing it 1.6 miles from the store to my house. This Marcos is a joke.

Guy was mopping when I came in. Didn’t care to wash his hands when grabbing my food.
Pizza super overcooked
Wings super overcooked and ridiculously small.
Most of the wings were smaller than my fingers.
Wings also tasted like armpit. Accidentally ordered to the wrong Marcos and severely regret it. Do not eat from here. Absolutely disgusting

I remember when restaurants took real pride in their work and made sure every order was complete, fresh, and handled with care. When I worked in a pizza restaurant, I always made sure to do right by my guests—even with third-party orders—because customers keep the business running. Sadly, this Marco’s Pizza has lost that standard.
We spent about $40 on our recent order, and the pizza box arrived open as if it hadn’t been sealed properly. On top of that, our wings were missing. For a family of two, we spend around $40 a week—over $2,000 a year— at this location, which shows real loyalty and consistency.
To put that in perspective, $2,000 a year is roughly $167 a month or $40 a week, and most families spend about $3,000–$4,000 a year total on all restaurants combined. So spending that much at one place shows strong, ongoing support—a lot for any business to lose if loyal customers start walking away one by one because the quality or care just isn’t there anymore.
When I called about the issue, I was dismissed instead of helped, which was extremely disappointing. If this location can’t ensure accuracy, accountability, or respect for returning customers, it hurts the reputation of the entire brand. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving quality control and customer service, because guests who continually support your business deserve far better.
