Love Marcos, truly. Young man at the register was very friendly and doing a great job.
However, an employee should NEVER be yelled and cussed at by another employee or manager in front of customers! Delivery driver was reemed in front of a lobby of customers by a shorter, skinny, older man. Absolutely wrong. Do better Marcos!

Great food. However when store manager isn’t on duty service can be hit or miss.
Placed an order online for pickup at certain time. Arrived 10 minutes after, they still hadn’t even started order.
Asked for military discount (which are always supposed to get regardless of if you use a coupon). Staff refused, even though store manager has told them military always get 10% off order, even if used a coupon. It was day after Veteans Day. I guess the staff thought company had already given too much to military.

Edit to add- We’ve been living in Seguin 4 years now and Marcos still beats the big chains any day of the week. They consistently have 5 star customer service. They also care for their community. One time I came by to get a pizza for a local homeless man, Michael, and they threw in a few drinks for him. Hats off to the GM and their whole team.
Marcos Pizza is the one restaurant in Seguin that I can ALWAYS count on. Food and service is always fantastic. If I could improve one thing, and one thing only, it would be the wings. Other than that they’re great. I had ordered wingstop, which turned to a big fat joke. So Marcos for the win.

Ordered pizza online. Picked up and when I got home I was very disappointed to find my large sausage pizza had only a few pieces of sausage on it, and some pie slices did not have any on them. The cheese and toppings were concentrated towards the center of the pizza with a lot of crust. Contacted Marco’s and they did not respond. Have not been back since and not sure if I will return.
UPDATE: Owner responded to my review post. A few weeks ago I had sent my complaint to Marco’s website and had not received any reply. The owner has now requested I contact Marco’s website for additional information. It is obvious that Marco’s, and this Marco’s location, only will respond to issues and customers that publicly post complaints online. Not a good customer retention strategy as far as I am concerned.

Ordered over the phone and our order didn’t take long to arrive. Food was all still warm! We had the bowl, pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and the wings. It was all good. The bowl you can customize to your liking and your toppings of preference.
