I will make sure that when I order it isn’t from the establishment on Binz Engleman Rd. So disappointed in the pizza that was delivered. First thing that went wrong is my drink wasn’t provided. I had to call the store to let them know. Then I opened the pizza and it’s drenched in oil/grease. So much so that the box was leaking. The pizza dough was so thin there was no way it could even support any toppings. I normally like Marco’s pizza and I’m hoping it was just this establishment that was the problem.

Since it’s opened this has been our place to order pizza. Mainly for my kids, I prefer wings. And I had really liked them here. But the passed 2 times, this is what I received. Now these wings are pathetically tiny. Barely the size of the little dipping sauce cups.

Im going to give this marcos 3 stars ONLY because the food was decent and the girl in the front was attentive. After I ordered i really looked around and no one uses gloves. Not even the dough maker. Constantly in and out of their pockets while handling the food and had open drinks on the line. My thing is, I dont want arm hair or pocket lint on my pizza as a topping.

We have enjoyed Marco’s pizza for a while but we will never order again from this location. The last time we ordered, I called to complain and was told we’d hear from the branch manager the next day….NOTHING! This was a few months ago, we decided to try again today. The pizza was awful, specifically, the crust. I’m not calling because it doesn’t seem to matter to them if they lose a customer. Pizza Hut for the next order. I don’t normally review places but I don’t want people to waste their hard earned money here.

Due to my poor communication my order was not correctly taken and I did not get both of my pizzas. The manager corrected the order and gave me an extra pizza which I greatly appreciated. I come about once a week because they do a great job making the pizzas and the staff are really polite and welcoming.

We just moved to Texas a couple weeks ago and our first week here we ordered from this location and they delivered to our home. But this time around they claim they they don’t deliver to our location. So we went to pick it up and we specifically ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half sausage and this is what we received (dad already ate a slice). We also only got 14/15 wings that we ordered. We love Marcos but hopefully the third time around is better than this visit

Whoever made my pizza on July 16th, 2024 is awesome. The condiments I asked for were in the box. 3 Banana Pepper cups, 2 ranch, 4 psckets of parmesan, and 4 packets of red pepper flakes. They did exactly that.The crew today made the pizza fast, my GrubHub dude was able to pick up and drop off my food at a reasonable time. I really appreciate you. The pizza was great. Thank y’all so much.

I have placed several orders from this location on numerous occasions. I have had my pizzas made the way I ordered on less than 25% of the times. The majority of the time, my order is clearly made incorrectly. Specifically, missing the extra cheese I’m charged. I have called a few times to report my order not being made correctly because I’m tired of paying for ingredients I’m not getting. After awhile, these extra charges add up. As someone who has worked in a pizza restaurant, when extra cheese is ordered, the extra cheese is spread on top of the other ingredients. The fact that sometimes my pizza is made correctly, let’s me know it’s the cook that chooses to ignore the customer’s order. Just now, the manager stated they would remake my order and deliver it. To my surprise, my order was still not made correctly. The crust went from thin to extra thin crust, and still missing the extra cheese. You can clearly see there is no extra cheese on this pizza. We are all suffering from the inflated prices. I shouldn’t have to keep paying for products I’m not receiving.

Marcos pizza is great. Food delivered a whole 40 minutes earlier than expected. Food is hot and fresh. I have been inside before and staff is friendly and store is clean. The breadsticks came out a little thin just a few of them but then again they are $3.99 which is cheaper than the other chains.
Overall I’d order again.
