This is a reactionary review—until now, I’ve never had any issues with Marco’s or this location.
My family and I ordered pizza this evening. It looked like it may have been dropped during transit, but we weren’t too bothered—pizza is still pizza. (The attached photos don’t do justice to how jumbled the toppings were, though I made the mistake of eating those slices first, not knowing what was coming.)
The first slice tasted fine. The second felt off—I assumed maybe the chicken was just overly tough. But near the end of that slice, in a bite without any chicken, I felt the same unpleasant texture again.
That’s when I saw it: a long hair wrapped through a piece of crust I had just bitten into.
I’m horrified. I’ve never had this happen with Marco’s before, and I don’t know what caused such a dramatic drop in quality, but it’s going to be a while before we consider ordering from this location again.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the customer service at this location. I ordered a pizza online and I’m not sure how but I added the wrong topping. I thought I pressed the option for spinach but somehow ended up with pineapple. Working customer service myself I didn’t want to do or ask too much. However deep down I would have been disappointed for spending money on something I didn’t really want. The employee who was handling my transaction asked if I would like it remade and was very patient, calm and nice about it. I apologized for the mistake on my part and said I would really appreciate it. She told me it was no problem and they made it happen. In a timely fashion. Even brought it out to the car which I was not expecting. I already frequent this location but I will continue to for sure after this.

I got their special that included 1 topping cheese pizza with cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and everything was amazing !! Pizza was cheesy and I wish the cheesy bread had more cheese but it was still solid. I’ll be ordering this special deal again !

This is my go-to location due to the proximity to my house. The service is always good here. I’ve ordered from this location several times. I only had one mistake on one order in 3 or 4 years, and they remedied the problem by crediting me the pizza that was a mistake. When I went to use the credit, it was so simple and easy. The manager asked for my phone number, and there was my credit. As a customer, I really appreciate how that was handled. No hassles. They admitted they messed up and fixed it. Thanks for having integrity.

I typically like Marcos pizza but today’s visit left a bitter taste. I ordered a large pizza with beef and pepperoni. I typically check my pizza before I leave but today I didn’t. I get home sit down to eat and bite into something crunchy I was puzzled trying to figure out what is was. I then check everything and discovered I received a pepperoni with bacon. I call to complain and the manager on duty simply says ok bring it back and we will make you another one. When I said I can not do that he just says OK. Silly me but that was not the resolution I was expecting I am not going to drive back another 30 minutes for you to fix your error. Needless to say I was not pleased with the greasy bacon pizza I received. I bit into one piece after picking the bacon
off and grease just came running out. Not pleasant at all. So disappointed. I gave two stars because you have typically been good but not today and having customers drive back to you to fix it is not acceptable and not even an apology was given for screwing up my order.

Best pizza ever it has all the components I’m looking for in a pizza from the Dough to the sauce and the ingredient that makes a pizza a pizza cheese . From a nice soft fluffy /crunch crust balanced with garlic oil seasoning a nice layer of delicious tomato sauce slightly tarti in flavor with the right amount of salt to the best mozzarella layered melted cheese topped with your favorite toppings I highly recommend . They never let you down lol I swear I need to take it easy every weekend I’m ay Marcos I just hope that if you see my post get the XL pizza with extra sauce extra cheese if you like pepperoni give it a go im telling you is the best .

The pizza is really thick. It was excellent. The best thing is that the Ingredients don’t fall out from the pizza slice once I grabbed it. Really good.

The quality has been on the decline for some time. Today our $40 meal was barely edible; my selection inedible. Bread burned black and the sandwich so salty you could cure fresh meat with it.
