This is the third time this has happened. The first time I chalked it up. The second time my kids ate the pizza before I could get pictures. This time I’m not letting it slide. This pizza is a very specific pizza my wife and I like a lot. I ordered double OWP(Old world pepperoni), DID NOT receive, olives, DID NOT receive, and extra cheese, DID NOT receive. The other pizzas were definitely not double OWP or double cheese. This will be the last time I order from them again. It’s to bad to because delivery is great, wings are great. Just can’t seem to understand instructions or the manager at the time of order is complicit in super saving Marco’s that extra money because they lay it to you when adding extra anything.

The deer park location has gone downhill in the past year. We would religiously order pizza every Tuesday and it was always amazing. Then in August we had an order that was messed up, called and they made it right. Since then we have had 3 messed up orders, the most recent in October I was supposed to get a refund for the pizza that was not correct, never received it. We waited a month and ordered another pizza tonight. Ordered the Philly and added jalapeños. This pizza might have 5 tiny crumbles of steak on it. It is basically a veggie pizza. Sad to say I give up ordering from this location.

This was our first time ordering from here and let me tell you that it was the greatest decision ever! The pizza had amazing flavors and perfect texture. The wings were cooked to perfection. The cheesy bread will definitely be on my next order.

I was pretty disappointed today. I ordered 2 pizza’s. One was good, but the other (the works w/no ham or mushrooms but added salami, jalapeños and extra cheese) had missing toppings (onions, salami and bacon). There was also hardly any sauce on both pizza’s. I hope that y’all aren’t becoming like the “other” chain pizza places. The delivery person was great however.
*Update* I never contacted the owner because I’m not trying to get free food as we did eat the food anyway. We did decide to give them another chance in March and they redeemed themselves. The food was exactly how I ordered it and it was delicious!! I guess they were just having an off day last time.

I have never been a pizza eater until Marco’s opened near my house. İ always order a large build your own pizza with the thin crust, light cheese, regular sauce and topped with Italian sausage and double Roma topping with a side of ranch. The pizza has been perfect every time. The workers are always friendly as well. Occasionally İ order the cheesy bread because it’s also very good. The app has good deals too!

This was our first time having our pizza delivered. We were very impressed with Marco’s pizza. The flavor was really good. They did not skimp on the toppings. Very prompt on their delivery. Pizza was nice and hot. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly . Also the young lady was very nice also. We plan on ordering again. Thank you.
