Terrible. I ordered an hour early for a delivery at 5:45pm. It arrived at 6:40pm. It was cold and disheveled in the box. We’ve ordered many times before and found the service/quality is falling by the way side. I even called for an update and they were abrupt and hung up on me. I’m done with these folks. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered 2 buffalo chicken Pizzolis but got the chicken bacon ranch by mistake. Were human, I get it. But when I called the manager asked “if I was sure” then described to me what comes inside of it as if I didnt know what I ordered. It very clearly has bacon in it but she apparently made it herself.

Okay everybody stop whining like a 12-year-old over a pizza. Number one if you order online and you don’t speak to the person directly you will not get exactly what you want if you’re picky like me. When it comes to brass tacks if you go to the CiCi’s Pizza on highway 90 in Stafford just ask for Amy call her first she’ll make you whatever you want and it will be perfect she’s the best she’s awesome I just picked up one 30 minutes ago. I don’t care what company it is they all get bad reviews the question is are they valid one thanks for damn sure a company that has no bad reviews that’s the one I’d be scared of. This is a excellent location to go to . The guy in the front was very polite and neatly kept. The lobby was spotless. It was straight working happening at this location. Top of the line pizza preparation. The food was perfect and fresh. If your in this area definitely try this location. They deserve all the 5 star reviews they earned. The staff was very well trained , courteous and patient with all the customers not just us. Just look at the pictures of the food ! They did great today!

Worst Experience ever . That’s cause we’ve order from my job before best pizza but Today I felt like pizza went by to place my order. Rude service like he / she didn’t want to be there Received a bad vibe.Then I was overcharged on my pizza I had to show my receipt and let them know what I ordered the advertising that’s on the window for $8.99a medium one topping. They voided my order recharge me again when I ask if I can just keep it but add more topping for what I Originally paid for . The dude had And attitude with me and stated , it’s already in the oven . Then I received my pizza and I look at it , and it’s oily and the bread crust looks like breadsticks Huge not Like I remember when we order all the time from work . The pizza look short (meat) on my one topping . Don’t no if I was just having a bad bay but that’s not Good Customer service

this place really goes out of its way without a doubt. they always make sure there’s a decent amount of marinara and cheese on every Pizza. even if you just get a one topping . and their customer service is exceptional. I recommend this highly it’s really really good and good pizza is hard to find

This place won’t even deserve 1 star. On 10/26/2025 at 9:35 pm I came here and the lady who attended us was not welcoming at all. We ordered a usual peperoni pizza and it was very bad, there is no water, no cup, no napkin. I asked for the manager and that lady told that she is the manager and she is smoking at the door. I have a kid with me and she was very mean and rude. Also very scary as well. She even told me not to come back

Ordered Marco’s last night. Picked up yet grub and the cashier girl was awesome. I wish I got her name. Very cheerful and welcoming.
Our two large magnifico pizza’s were tasty. The wifey and my 9yo scarfed them down. My 5yo, not so much. Perhaps it was all the pepperoni’s – not sure. As for me – it was alright.
The wifey enjoyed her boneless Buffalo wings. My BBQ wings were ok. Huge wings – just wasn’t feeling the BBQ sauce. Next I’ll get them plain or try them parm wings.
Definitely trying them out again.
