Came in for a takeout order. Young, energetic staff seemed to be having a really good time doing their job. It was an unusual sight, but in a good way.
Pizza was hot and fresh. Had a little bit of complication with the salad order, but it got cleared up with ease. The young lady at the register was super pleasant.

Never received order. Placed online around 1pm. Pickup for 5pm. Pizza not ready at 538 with 20 people waiting in the restaurant on their order as well. Some over 1 hour. This store can not handle higher volume days.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION. This location is always sending coupons through the mail and giving coupons after you purchase, with NO expiration. But when you go and try to use the coupon in your next visit they always say they do not accept it, yet they STILL stick another coupon on the box after you pay FULL PRICE. The coupons don’t even work online either… so WHY keep giving out these coupons if you are not going to honor them. Whenever you ask for a manager they always say the manager isn’t there.

I usually love this particular Marcos but the Quality of the pizza has been on a huge decline these past several months. Today,June 4th, I received a pizza saturated in grease. The dang on pepperoni cups had shots of grease in them. Also I order chicken and it only came with ONE half-piece of chicken on each slice and some slices had no chicken (like come on bro be serious). I never had these problems before with this location. Relearn how bake a pizza or something. Im disgruntled that your pie’s are starting to be below mediocre. DO BETTER!!!

I ordered a pizza with WHITE SAUCE but they sent RED SAUCE (2nd time the same mistake in a month) so I called them and they told me yes we will sent another pizza! We waited 3 hours and no one came. I called them back to know what happened and the guy on phone lied to us saying yes yes the driver is 5 minutes away from your house!

I order from this location often, but after tonight I will not be back, I’ll drive to Spring before I come back here. I ordered an all meat bowl, ALL MEAT, get home and it’s full of vegetables. I go back to let them know it’s not correct after 15 minutes of waiting on my correct bowl, I go back up to the counter to find my bowl is just sitting back there, get it home and it’s cold. NEVER AGAIN! Check everything before leaving this store or better yet save your time, energy, and money!

I ordered on the app using the coupon I got in the mail. It did not work. I called the store and they said they do not have that code and can’t help me. I received this flyer in the mail. It had the address to this store. It said it expires 7/31/25. Papa Johns is my go to pizza but this location is in my neighborhood. However, I will gladly wait an extra 15 minutes. I am deleting the Marcos app. Bye Marcos. Never again.
