I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at Marco’s Pizza. Last week, I placed an order for pickup through the app, which showed that my order was ready. However, when I arrived at the store, I was surprised to find out that my order hadn’t even been started. The excuse I received was that the pizza had burned, and they had to remake it. This showed a complete lack of organization and professionalism.
Today, November 28, 2025, I decided to give them another chance and placed a delivery order. Unfortunately, this experience was just as frustrating. I had to wait exactly one hour for my order to arrive, which is absolutely unacceptable. If the restaurant cannot keep up with delivery times, they should communicate delays or stop accepting orders until they are able to fulfill them properly.
Overall, both experiences were extremely disappointing. The lack of reliability, poor communication, and long wait times have completely affected my confidence in this location. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their service, because as of now, I am not satisfied and will reconsider ordering from Marco’s Pizza again.

I have been buying pizza for a few years now and I can confidently say that they have always made the pizza 100% fresh and the pizza has been delicious 100% of the time! I usually buy for my kids, but once time when I bought a meat lovers pizza for myself, it was pure joy- very satisfying! Anyway, I just wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude that we have a Marco’s Pizza close to our home that gives great service with delicious pizza. Oh and the wings are awesome also!!!

My food was good, had to wait a little longer than the quoted time but it was okay because the worker was alone at first. I did want to point out that another employee came in, clocked in and asked if we needed help BUT after that we went straight to making the food. He didn’t wash his hands or have any gloves on after just coming into work. I won’t say his name in this review. Please talk to the employees about the importance of hand washing.

Daryl was very polite and helpful navigating the menu since its been awhile since Ive been to marcos which was appreciated. The food was fantastic, and I was out the door 11 minutes after placing the order.

The only reason I give this review is today I go in to get a pizza. A female walks in through the back screaming hey nobody didn’t say hi to me and then walks to the front with her hair Luz putting it in a ponytail right in front of the register. I watched her to see if she would wash her hands. She didn’t. She then continued on to talk to the other employees in the back, making pizzas leaning on them still playing with her hair.. The only reason I still took my pizzas is because my pizzas were already in a box. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. As for the gentleman to help me very nice very attentive his service was excellent.

I’m a frequent buyer of large pizzas from the GrandParkway location and have never had any issues. My first order from this location on from this location and they clearly send me medium sized pizzas at the price of a large. I cant stand shady businesses and will never order again from this location

Consistently great product, never had a bad Pizza here. They set themselves apart from other restaurants on 1464 with their warm smiles and atmosphere. Also, they offer affordable options for someone on a budget. Lots of great memories from Marco’s.

Amazing service!! I got two large pizzas. Unfortunately one had a mistake, but they were so kind and remade it and allowed me to keep the messed up one. The employee and I believe manager I spoke to were both very kind. Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of five is because when they remade my pizza they forgot my modifications . (nothing major just the parmesan crust, extra sauce, and extra parmesan on the pizza)

Awful experience with this location. When the location was contacted to see what they were going to do to correct it they offered nothing. We asked to speak to a head person and they refused to give us anyone to talk to. Poorly served pizza, wrong size and way too long to deliver.
