We ordered 14 large pizzas for my daughter’s first birthday. We had the party at noon and we called the store a couple weeks beforehand and explained what we were wanting. The associate assured us it wouldn’t be a problem and they can get it taken care of. My husband went to pick the pizzas up the day of and they were ready, right on time. The pizzas were all hot and fresh. It was truly a wonderful experience and I would definitely eat here again!

Not the store. The stupid website. I have placed all my orders online at the store 500yds away. Marcos website under my log in, picked a store 30 min away . Their website ant handle holding your store like Dominos or Pizza Hut. Pizza is ready. We are 30 min away. Then 30 min back. 1 hour for ready pizza. Guess I am ordering Domino’s moving forward. This is a bad mistake for $90 worth of wasted pizza.

I love Marco’s pizza. This place looks clean. The only thing, and this happens to many pizza franchises, is that when you order through the app for delivery they never bring the right Pizza, 90% of the time I ask for 3 different types of pizza they bring one wrong pizza. So now I just go and pick-up the pizza to make sure everything is as I said.

Ordered a large specialty pizza half garden and half big cheese. When pizza was delivered, the entire pizza was squished to one side of the box and toppings of the garden side of the pizza were tossed off. Some of the pieces were under other pieces. I left a 40% tip through the app when I ordered so I’m very disappointed. Next time I’ll give another pizza company a shot.

I’m not sure why my pizza is cut into tiny squares. Last time they did this, the owner said it should have been cut like a normal slice, but apparently, the workers do whatever they want. Very disappointing.

This location has miles to catch up to the one on Spring Cypress. The pizza crust was just plain bread, no cheese and no sauce, not even well done as I asked on the instructions. The “cheesy bread” was nothing more than a stale, dry piece of bread with 1 layer of cheese and none on the Parmesan was there, none! They forgot every single sauce I asked for and not 1 pack of cheese that I also specifically asked for in the written instructions. Just awful, what a waste of stomach space and calories.

We have been getting Marcos since they opened in Tomball and for the most part have been happy. However, they started skimping on the toppings so last time my mom called & talked to a manager & she said the next time we ordered she would make sure there were plenty of toppings & she definitely made good on her word! Pizzas are really good but they clearly don’t read the ticket directions. Ordered dbl pepperoni instead of old world ( We don’t like it. They made it with old world. Ordered no cut because we planned on reheating whole pizzas next day, they cut both. Ordered black olives instead of g. Pepper, it had both and olives were in one tiny clump all stuck together and had to pick off peppers. Pizza still taste good. Just really irritated the didnt bother reading the ticket.

Took two hours to Recieve my order. I expected some delay being as it is bogo Tuesday. They are short staffed. My order was luke warm at best, the extras I ordered (ranch and marinara) were not included, I had to cut the pizza and cheese bread myself and it was not as I requested with extra garlic crust. This is the 4th time this has happened. I really didn’t want to leave this kind of review as I do so enjoy the pizza but damn it somethings gotta give.
