Omg this pizza is so delicious spent under 20 got me a thin crust and some breadsticks has an amazing taste. This is going to be my fav place to order my pizzas from now on. Jesse has great customer service it was my first time trying it out I was gonna go get a burger but Marcos pizza got my attention driving by. The time they prepared my pizza was fast. Thank you guys. When I found out marcos was coming to town I was ecstatic. First order was amazing. Huge difference compared to the other pizza in Cleveland. The last few orders haven’t been as great as the first. Not sure what’s going on. Tonight the pizza that was delivered was cool to the touch. Felt like I ordered a hot and ready pizza that someone forgot to turn on the orders. Called the store and was told my pizza shows to have been delivered at 630 when the man dropped it off at 715. Not to mention i was on the phone with them at 625 when they told me my pizza was still in the oven. The fact that this has happened 3 times is what upsets me. Advised leadership which wasn’t much help….great pizza when its fresh. If only they could deliver in a timely manner and not lie to customers.

It’s a small place but there was great service and the food was good. Got a pizza, sandwich and some wings for only $20!!

Pizza is really great, but man the employees need help. They are clueless to what is going on and can’t even give change correctly, like wayyyy off. And then act like they didn’t do anything wrong when I’m standing there with wrong change. Literally right in front of them. Last time I went they tried to charge me like double. “Sometimes the coupons from online don’t go thru” idk they need some help working with money. Pizza is good tho, prefer it to the other places on town.

Ive had better pizza from the grocery store. The meat is falling off and the cheesy bread is not that great. Im sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the boneless wings were gross.

The bacon is rancid. I tried to make a formal complaint but the manager put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted by the audacity of them to serve spoiled food and then try to disregard my legitimate complaint. An official complaint with the health department will be made! The manager got mad when I asked her to take the bacon off the line and ended the call.

We’ve had Marco’s delivered 5 times. All times its arrived hot, accurate, looked wonderful but also tasted incredible and fresh. We’ve ordered the ultimate magnifico, pepperoni and sausage, chicken and pineapple, the Hawaiian, the big cheese and just salami pizzas. We’ve had the meatball and cheese calzone. The pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage and the chicken bacon ranch pizzoli. The steak and cheese 6in sub. The chocolate cinnesquares. All of which have been delicious and worth trying! Looking forward to trying more from their menu. Every time we’ve been able to use the app which is quick and easy to use. We always feel like when we use the deals, we save quite a bit of money and it’s for better tasting, better quality food. I would absolutely recommend Marco’s pizza 10/10
