I think we all just order pizza for the convenience, the place is 3 minutes from my home so I call in an order, to pick up on the way home with my kid. Today is 2/10 bogo Tuesday so I ask the lady over the phone and she adds two pizzas but the price changes so when I get there I ask about the special and how it works because I don’t work for Marcos obviously, immediately as I walk in, there’s no greeting, the worker approach’s with an attitude instantly and as I began to ask questions everyone is met with an attitude or some type of eye roll or extra reaction, just because I’m asking questions about there promotion. Super unprofessional and I’m a business owner I work with food and people everyday that’s not how you handle things, long story short I’ll be skipping the convenient pizza place by my house and drive where people are decent to patrons.

I liked ordering from thiis plaxe, but I’m NEVER ordering from them again. This was the first and only time I have been treated so rudely. I ordered pick up and when I got there, the door was locked, but an employee was standing behind the counter. I knocked but he gestured that he will not open the door by shaking his head and drawing his thumb across his throat. I went back to my car and got my cell phone to see if I had made a mistake, but all the notifications I received stated that the order was confirmed, and there was a pick up time, which I was more than 10 minutes early so I would not be late picking up my order. I went back to the door and the employee finally opened the door and let me in. He kept telling me they were closed, I told him I put in an order. It was confirmed. He said, “No!!! I cancelled your order already.” I looked at my app again and it did not say cancelled.
He gave me excuse after excuse!!
Him:”We are closed already.”
Me: Y’all close at 11:00.” It was a little bit before 10:30.)
Him: “well we stop taking orders at 10:30”
Me: I put my order in before 10:30
Him: “well I didn’t make it because I have to clean up and count the money.”
Me: that isn’t my problem. I put an order in before the closing time.
Him: well I am by myself so I can’t do all of that and make your pizza.
Me: I repeated just make my order please.
Him you should have ordered earlier.
Me: just make what I ordered.
Him: if you don’t leave , I’m going to call the police on you. I was going to make your pizza but now I’m not.
At this point I was so frustrated and so offended, I started crying and sobbed and told him to call the police. At that, he started back peddling. He said please stop crying and said he would make my pizza but could not make the Stromboli because he put the dough in the freezer already. I could not argue with him anymore and just said fine. He said I’ll make you two pizzas instead of one. I was so emotionally spent already and just agreed to whatever he was willing to give me. I felt so awful I told him I was going to sit in my car and wait. I don’t think anyone should ever feel like that when they go out to pick up dinner. If I hadn’t ordered this for my family, I would have just left. Needless to say, I had lost my appetite. I was even afraid he may spit in my food.
The last thing he said to me was that he had classes in the morning and so he was in a rush to close. Ah!!! So the real truth comes out. I think maybe Marco’s should not leave an employee there alone that clearly closes up early and lies and turns customers away. I will never go back and will make sure to let my friends and family know not to order from this location.

Disappointed! Got the XL 2 toppings pizza & there was very little topping (half ground beef & half grilled chicken). One slice didn’t even have any toppings (as in pic). The 2 stars are for the tasty crust & cheese & the courteous gentleman who takes the order at the counter (one with the braids). He was nice & friendly.

Listen to the reviews. It’s unreal how inept this location is. Sent me the wrong pizza so I called and got them to replace. They then proceeded to send the same wrong pizza again but somehow in worse condition. I enjoy Marco’s but steer clear of this location until they replace the current staff

Order was fast and fresh BUT the driver decided to self tip hisself STEALING $4.28. I called the store the next day when it posted and was told he must of kept something running blah blah blah. Said I would get a refund here it is a full 8 days later and still haven’t gotten a refund! Mind you I had already tipped him in cash! Unacceptable!

Great carry out experience, pizza and wings were super hot- we finished the wings and the pizza cheese was still melty-pully!!
I think the sauce they use for the wings is a bit too watery in consistency but it was still delicious.

The first time we ordered pizza it was kind of dry, as in not enough sauce so the kids didn’t eat it. But after that all of our orders were perfect. not too much not too little sauce. Good amount of toppings and great prices. They aren’t in your face friendly but not rude at all. The place is a little warm inside so i couldnt eat inside but perhaps during the cold months it would be better.
