First time eating Marco’s Pizza. Clean. Peaceful environment. Order of business is very considered with this crew [4:37pm]. Meaning everyone knew how to move. I ordered the small Deluxe, thin crust and Cheezy Bread. This pizza is gud (no – I didn’t mispell it). The bread, too, was so gud – just some great comfort food. Tyler was the cashier. Very nice. Helpful. Respectful. Knowledgeable and truthful on items not available. Customer service – ON POINT! It’s been a while since I’ve sitten in a pizza establishment. The world has become so convenient. So quick and non personal. So I took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful eat. Marco’s Pizza Summerwood, will be my go to for pizza.

Nasty establishment with no resolve other than a refund OR remake offer and apology for hair found in pizzoli on yesterday. Which is all that I was told that they are trained to do in this matter.
I did go back to confront them on their hygiene issue and the same two people (a manager and driver) were there. I called back today to talk to another manager before this decision to go public, she backed up the previous manager. Refusing to make the suggestion to wear hair nets or rectify. Proceed with caution at this location.
They have loss my family as customers with their lack of cleanliness and utter disregard.

I give this location 5-stars because there was a mixup with my pizza and the manager didn’t hesitate to replace it right away. Also, the delivery driver Beltran was a sweetheart! He was friendly and told me about the rewards program. Great customer service across the board!

This was my 2nd time ordering from Marco’s. The 1st time was not memorable. So I decided to give them another try. I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Pepperoni Melt pizza which comes with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It did not disappoint. The pizza was so cheesy and good and had lots of pepperoni as well. My only criticism is that the crust was really thick even though I did not order the thick crust. I also got the cheesy bread. It was good as well.
UPDATE: I don’t usually eat leftover/reheated pizza but the next morning I had 1 slice left and decided to heat it up. It was good even after being reheated!

I have eaten Marcos pizza twice now and both times have been great. Staff friendly and delivery was fast. I was able custom each 1/2 of my pizza online easily.
