Ordered 2 medium pizzas one cheese with extra cheese a d garlic sauce crust and the other pepperoni with extra cheese and garlic sauce crust. My spouse picked up the order which was due to be ready at 6:15 and there was no garlic crust and no extra cheese on the pizzas. They said they would remake it if he came to pick it up. They gave him 2 cheese pizzas. When I spoke to the manager he said the first pizzas looked to standard. So I’m to believe the standard is being able to still see the sauce and parts of the dough throughout the pizza when you order extra cheese? I may be a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. Previously managing a pizza spot for 6 years that is never standard or quality control. And furthermore when you remake someone’s order it should be remade to what they ordered the way they ordered it. They asked me to come back a third time to correct one of the remade pizzas and to bring that back. At this point it’s 8:15 already (2 hours after my original order was supposed to be ready) and I’m trying to feed to small children as well as myself and spouse. I would not go back out for a third time and no amount of credits could ever make me go back to this location. Ms. Phyllis owned several Marcos Pizzas locations and they were always exceptional in quality, taste, and customer service. If this is one of the locations she owns I surely hope she sees this and knows this location needs major improvement in all areas because I’m left with no resolution to my issues and incorrect food. I simply just wanted what I paid for the way I ordered it.

Just placed a DoorDash order from this location and the order was incorrect. As shown on the attached receipt, the salad we ordered was supposed to include meat, but we received a veggie salad with no meat at all. We also paid for extra packs of Greek dressing and only received one each.
This was disappointing, especially since we expected the order to match what was clearly listed. Attention to detail on takeout orders definitely needs improvement here.

Copped my rewards with a large two topping pizza for $8.99, redeemed my free cheese bread rewards and added my Chicken Caesar salad total plus %10 tip came out to $20.96 which I thought was a good deal to feed 4kids and an adult we still had left over pizza after we all ate!!! Food was on time and bomb as well as nice and hot!! Thank you Marcos! Last time I ordered was in Houston!! Same results here in Killeen!! I get to the counter to pick up my food and there’s a guy cleaning and a woman doing dishes or something. Nobody came up and said anything or attended or greeted so I was just waiting like a dumbass waiting to get attended. Guy walks back to the counter and asks what I need, I let him know I had a pickup order. He goes and finishes packing my order and grabbed my wings with his bare hands after I saw him cleaning/sweeping packs them. He didn’t wash his hands or put on any gloves. And I didn’t want to be a pain in the ass so I didn’t say anything but I felt disgusted and threw them away in the end. He’s a nerdy geeky looking guy, working night shift 02-26-2026. Please educate your employees & make sure that they’re safeserve certified.

I ordered on the app for delivery. I received an email that my order had been delivered but it had not. I called the restaurant and spoke to Justin. He was very polite and he explained that it may take a few more minutes. Got my order and everything was AMAZING!! I ordered a 12″ Italiano sandwich( they didn’t skimp on the meat), garlic parm wings(well done and sauced to perfection!) and an ultimate magnificent pizza, also made to perfection! Thank you to this crew for a job well done❤️

Last year they had a problem with their oven and took about 2 hours to get my order prepared. Understandable, but after waiting 2 hours my pizza was cold and burnt. So I try again this year, thinking maybe something changed, but nope, picked up 2 pizzas and didn’t check because the boxes were nice and hot. I even tipped for carry out. But to my surprise the cheese was so cooked that it had zero pull even hot, it was that brown color everywhere it was crunchy

Recieved a mailer for a coupon for their full moon special. Unlimited 50% off menu priced pizza. Date listed for October 6th. We’ll its October 6th and it says that it is invalid. Called in to see if it was an error but they were not seeing it either. So got hyped up for their full moon special just to get a full of nothing. Honor your specialty coupons.

Ordered my pizza at 514pm and it stated 30 minutes with a delivery time of 544pm. I kept tracking it and it continue to say 544pm even at 543, it said 544.

Ordered the meat lovers pizza bowl. It was so good. A lot of meat and it was tasty. I would see if I could substitute the bacon for mushrooms the next time. It had pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon and ham. It was a little salty to ME but not overly. I just don’t do a lot of salty stuff which is why I said I would try to substitute mine the next time. But even if I couldn’t I would still get it again. $7.99 and you could feed 2 people.
