DoorDash’d them for the first time and we ordered pizza, 6 wings and dessert and they only gave us 3….. I’m guessing they had an employee that failed to count. Bad first impression especially with how much the wings cost alone for just 6.

Not on my list of favorite pizza places to frequent. Parked, saw the drive thru window and decided to pull up there. You can only pull up there if you went in the store and ordered first. I then parked again and came in. I ordered a 2 medium thin crust pizzas with two toppings but due to a pricing question I was told just the Medium cheese pizza was $10.OO give or take a few cents. (Can’t remember the price down to the change.) I then accommodated that by making my second pizza a cheese pizza only. . Since I was waiting there, My pizzas became ready. I received the pizzas and got them home. Two medium thin crust pizzas, of course the cheese only pizza was very dark, It tasted burnt to me. The other pizza with pepperoni and green peppers was not burnt and it was better. It will be a long time if I ever go back.

After placing an order well in advance, I waited for over 45 minutes only to be informed that my pizza was still not ready. I’m quite confused, as this seems like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order.
What concerns me further is the condition in which the pizza was handed to me. It appeared that the pizza was placed in the box without being properly inspected first. This raises questions about the attention to detail and, more importantly, whether basic food safety guidelines are being followed.
It’s hard to imagine how a business could thrive if such operational lapses continue. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure future customers don’t face similar issues.

The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic. During my first time experience with Marco’s Pizza, she assured me they would make things right. Because of this, I’m updating my review to reflect a higher rating. Thank you for your understanding.

Before I share my review I’d like to preface with this; I have worked in three different pizza shops. Both by myself and with a team. The customer service at this location is beyond disappointing. It seemed to be just one woman behind the counter. The whole time, she was wearing headphones and yapping on the phone. She never acknowledged me or the man that walked in behind me. No Hi or Welcome in, nothing. Not only that she just looked at us as if we were the ones inconveniencing her. I love Marcos pizza. But that lady needs an attitude adjustment or a different job. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reason why no other workers were there is because of her, because yikes. Do better.

Im extremely disappointed in marcos. They’ve lost all the deals that made them best choice. Its a sad day when i gotta choose little ceasers when I want marcos but to order marcos id be paying outstanding amounts of money. You got greedy marcos and you broke my heart. No take out large 1 toppimg pizza deals anymore no huge family deals with multiple large pizzas cheese bread and soda instead you replaced it with a pathetic imitation with mediums and dare charge almost 30$?? Guess its either dominos or little teasers your breaking my heart here marcos

I have ordered here several times. I always call in ahead of time. Each time I have gone up there my order hasn’t even been started the lady with red hair always gets up to make it when show up and its not even busy from the looks of it. The pizza when I get it looks like a toddler made it. There is hardly no toppings on it at and a whole lot of crust. The store looks messy and unorganized period. The lady that is there as well that wears a head cover was very polite and courteous when she came up to cash me out. I must say this establishment needs better employees that know what they are doing.

Absolutely best staff i’ve ever seen. The vibe was immaculate and we got share some laughs with the staff. 10/10 would recommend, glad to have them in cove! Ashley was awesome!

The pizza was terrible. Whoever the person is that makes the pizza needs a class or let someone else make the pizza that actually knows how to make one. My child could make a better pizza than what I got. My pizza hardly had any toppings no cheese hardly either, the sauce tasted funny there was more crust than anything. They took their sweet time making my order. The place looked dirty and unorganized that’s for sure. I guess the rumor is correct this place is not worth coming to so I will let everyone know as well its not worth it. The prices are ridiculous as well
